W artykule podjęto próbę zasadności wykorzystania współczesnych technologii internetowych przez przedsiębiorstwa związane z rynkiem motoryzacyjnym. W części pierwszej zostaną przedstawione definicje niezbędne do prawidłowego określenia i analizy wspomnianych technologii. Następnie zostaną zaprezentowane przykłady zastosowań narzędzi internetowych stosowanych na rynku motoryzacyjnym przez takie podmioty jak: koncerny motoryzacyjne (w postaci marek pojazdów), hurtownie motoryzacyjne oraz warsztaty samochodowe. W ostatniej części oprócz podsumowania, zostanie przedstawiona refleksja nad możliwymi scenariuszami przyszłych zastosowań narzędzi internetowych przez podmioty z rynku motoryzacyjnego. W artykule podjęto próbę zasadności wykorzystania współczesnych technologii internetowych przez przedsiębiorstwa związane z rynkiem motoryzacyjnym. W części pierwszej zostaną przedstawione definicje niezbędne do prawidłowego określenia i analizy wspomnianych technologii. Następnie zostaną zaprezentowane przykłady zastosowań narzędzi internetowych używanych na rynku motoryzacyjnym przez takie podmioty jak: koncerny motoryzacyjne (w postaci marek pojazdów), hurtownie motoryzacyjne oraz warsztaty samochodowe. W ostatniej części, oprócz podsumowania, zostanie przedstawiona refleksja nad możliwymi scenariuszami przyszłych zastosowań narzędzi internetowych przez podmioty z rynku motoryzacyjnego.

This article attempts legitimacy of the use of modern Internet technologies by enterprises associated with the automotive market. The first part will be presented definitions necessary to properly identify and analyze these technologies. Then they will be presented examples of the use of Internet tools used in the automotive market by such bodies as carmakers (in the form of brand vehicles), automotive wholesalers and garages. In the last part of the addition to the summary, it will be presented a reflection on the possible scenarios for future use online tools by entities of the automotive market.

Zainteresowany przewozem towarów na ogół nie jest znawcą uwarunkowań funkcjonalnych transportu. W związku z tym często organizacja procesu transportowego i nadzór nad jego realizacją zlecany jest przedsiębiorstwom zajmującym się tym profesjonalnie i zarobkowo. Wówczas jako specjalista reprezentujący korzyści i cele zlecającego występuje spedytor. Jego działalność obejmuje wykonanie wszystkich czynności niezbędnych do przesłania ładunku, do których zaliczyć moŜna m.in. kalkulację kosztów, wybór środka transportu i przewoźnika, sporządzenie dokumentów przewozowych, kontaktowanie się z uczestnikami procesu transportowego oraz jego monitoring. Zwiększenie efektywności pracy spedytora moŜliwe jest dzięki zastosowaniu nowoczesnych technologii informatycznych. W artykule dokonano przeglądu oprogramowania wspomagającego działalność spedycyjną, w szczególności skupiono się na narzędziach internetowych dostępnych on-line. Przeanalizowano takŜe rozwiązania wykorzystujące technologię chmury obliczeniowej (cloud computing) oraz wskazano moŜliwości rozwoju serwisów wykorzystujących tę technologię na rynku transportowym.

A customer interested in the transport of goods is generally not an expert in the functional conditions of transport. Therefore, frequently the organization of the transport process and supervision of its execution are commissioned from professional and gainfully employed companies. Then, the Freight Forwarder acts as a specialist representing the benefits and objectives of the ordering party. Its activities include the performance of all activities necessary to transfer cargo, which includes, among others, the calculation of costs, the choice of means of transport and carrier, preparation of transport documents, communicating with the stakeholders of the transport process and its monitoring. Increasing the efficiency of work of the freight forwarder is possible due to the use of modern information technology. The article reviews the software supporting the shipping activities, and particularly focuses on Internet tools available on-line. Solutions using cloud computing and the opportunities for the development services that use this technology in the transport market were analyzed.

The evolution of the World Wide Web, wireless technologies and mobile devices has a significant impact on education. More and more often different educational forecasts indicate rapid process of changes including the rise of e-learning and multimedia in learning and teaching. Nowadays, an integral part of students’ everyday life is the use of mobile devices and applications. Taking under consideration young people’s flexibility in a world of new technology, it seems that they are able to integrate the acquisition of knowledge as their natural activity in the area of digital communication. The article shall be an attempt to diagnose the present state of use of the latest technological tools by students in the broad sense of learning. Research results that answer the question of what tools of present day Internet, especially Web 2.0 technology students use shall be presented. Authors of the paper interest shall also be students’ activity in the area of mobile education techniques, including the circumstancesand ways of using the potential of these measures in the process of self-education.

A method to prepare a distributed database for machining tools by using catalogues data is described. That database supports a system for interactive NC machine tools computer-aided process planning. By using Internet tools, a remote, distributed, interactive technological environment is created.
