Udział współczesnych nauczycieli w kształtowaniu społeczeństwa otwartego na wiedzę, posiadającego kompetencje cyfrowe umożliwiające kreatywne wykorzystywanie zasobów sieci internetowej nie może obyć się bez znajomości cloud computingu – modelu przetwarzania danych, w którym zasoby informacyjne i aplikacje są umieszczone na serwerach ze stałym dostępem dla komputerów klienckich. Nauczyciele mają możliwość wzięcia udziału w tworzeniu nowego internetowego środowiska uczenia się – learning cloud, którego tempo rozwoju nabrało dynamiki wraz z pojawieniem się coraz większej liczby usług (aplikacji) dostępnych online. W artykule przedstawiono badania diagnozujące poziom znajomości cloud computingu i przygotowanie nauczycieli do współtworzenia tej edukacyjnej chmury.

Participation of teachers in shaping society open to knowledge, having digital competency enabling creative use of web’s resources, today can not do without the knowledge of cloud computing - a data processing model, in which information resources and applications are stored on servers with constant access to client computers. Teachers have the opportunity to take part in the creation of a new online learning environment - learning cloud, of which the pace of development has gained dynamics with the advent of increasingly larger amount of services (applications) available online. In the article a study is presented on diagnosing the level of knowledge of cloud computing and the preparation of teachers to contribute to the development of the educational cloud.

W pracy analizowana są zjawiska towarzyszące rozwojowi Internetu ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem cyberprzestępczości oraz cyberterroryzmu. Omówione zostały także aspekty psychologiczne i wiktymologiczne związane z przestępczością w cyberprzestrzeni. Przeprowadzono analizę zagrożeń i ryzyka z uwzględnieniem czynników podmiotowych i sytuacyjnych.

We analyze the phenomena associated with the development of the Internet with particular emphasis on cybercrime and cyberterrorism. Were also discussed psychological and victimological aspects of crime in cyberspace. An analysis of threats and risks with regard to subjective and situational factors is presented.

The computer and the Internet can be treated in two different ways: as an educational subject or as technical measures supporting educational process. They are intermediaries to convey knowledge and skills between a student and a teacher - they take over the functions of a handbook, register the learner’s effects of work, point out to obstacles, are efficient and useful tool to present various kinds of methods and solutions. The Internet and computer are technical means that are particularly useful to manage the process of learning. They are helpful to supervise and evaluate studying and also to revise material with learners. In case of using the Internet and multimedia equipment, the possibilities of education are much greater. The Internet is like a bag without a bottom where an incredible amount of information has been collected. Let's imagine these millions of servers and machines attached to them, all with discs that are loaded with gigabytes of data. The magic of big numbers works: if we assume that each computer is equipped with a 80 GB disc, then how many gigabytes do we have in the whole Internet? Hundreds of millions so hundreds of thousands terabytes - in a very careful estimation. And obviously the net grows every day as the number of computers increases. In consequence an average Internet user becomes more and more lost and helpless. How to find exactly the Information we are looking for in the increasing ocean of information? The computer and Internet teach, entertain, stimulate creativity. On the other hand they have no sense of feeling when the user needs advice and consolation. It is not a pattern to copy such as sensible parents are. The computer like other creations of science and technology belongs to indirect reality objects, which means appearing between a man and nature.
