Przedstawiono w ujęciu schematycznym opis procesu powstawania struktury reokast z zastosowaniem koncepcji imteligentnego wytwarzania materiałów IPM (Intelligent Processing of Materials). Podstawowym elementem systemu jest moduł dynamikimateriału, reprezentujący matematyczne modele procesu, pozwalające przewidzieć ewolucje stanu materiału wczasie procesu zmierzającego do osiągnięcia docelowegostanu materiału, który zapewnia powstanie struktury reokast w stopie. Opisano również etapy realizacji systemu wspierającego proces powstawania struktury reopast.

The necessary conditions for implementation of intelligent processing to the rheacast structure formation process is presented. The basic element of IPM concept is the description of the materials dynamics. It represents the mathematical models of the process, which help predict the microstructural evolution of the material towards the goal-state during processing. The sequence of stages to realize the aid process system for the rheocast structure formation process is described.
