W referacie przedstawiono zasady budowy strony hardwerowej i programistycznej inteligentnych przetworników mechatronicznych wykonywanych jako węzły równo uprawnione w rozproszonych systemach pomiarowych. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na rolę spełnianą przez standard JEEE P 1451 w tych strukturach. Opisano także technologie wytwarzania struktur mikromechanicznych.

The principles of construction of hardware and program applications of intelligent mechatronic transducers performed as an equally eligible nodes in distributed measurement systems are presented in this paper. Particular attention was paid to the performed role by the JEEE P 1451 standard in these structures. The technologies of micromechanical structures manufacturing are described too.
