W artykule przedstawiono zasady, podstawy i praktyczne wytyczne zarządzania różnymi aktywami w organizacjach, które można grupować według rodzajów i zarządzać w sposób analogiczny jak w znanych normach zarządzania jakością, środowiskiem itp. Zarządzanie realizowane jest według sekwencji PDCA, wymaga zaprojektowania odpowiedniej dokumentacji, jej wdrożenia, nadzoru i okresowych ocen. Z tego względu system ten dość łatwo można integrować z istniejącymi standardowymi systemami i certyfikować. System przedstawiono w trzech normach włączanych aktualnie do PZN tzn. 55000 – zasady i terminologia, 55001 – wymagania, 55002 – wytyczne stosowania 55001.

This article presents the basics and practical guidelines for managing different assets in organizations, which can be grouped by type and managed in the same way as known quality management standards, environments, and so on. Management is implemented in accordance with the PDCA cycle, requires appropriate documentation, supervision and periodic assessments. For this reason, this system can be easily integrated with existing standard systems and certified. The system presents three standards currently included in PZN i.e. 55000 – rules and terminology, 55001 – requirements, 55002 – guidelines for application 55001.
