Tax audit in innovative development of the energy sector of the economy: Gobal trends

As part of the study, world fuel and energy were analysed. A model for the development of state tax audit in the framework of innovative economic development is proposed. As a methodological base, general scientific research methods were used, first of all, systems and integrated analysis methods to substantiate the essence of the state tax audit, to develop approaches to the analysis of its results, and also to determine development trends. The importance of modernizing the system based on the identified relationship between the level of innovative development and the volume of tax revenues is substantiated. The developed model is based on the assumption that the tax gap will be minimized by encouraging taxpayers to voluntarily fulfil their tax obligations. The necessity of creating a supranational body of state audit within the framework of integration processes is substantiated. The prospects for the development of Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) in the context of globalization have been outlined, including the creation of territorial standards for a state audit of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries.

The article provides a view on how the digitalization of banking is impacting Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions. First the M&A process is described, outlining high level stages of the deal making and their objectives. Then a number of digital considerations are listed to present the increasing complexity of M&A transactions in the current period of intensive digital transformation. The digital considerations are mapped onto the core IT architectural components, together with an expert rating of their impact. In the following chapter the paper outlines technology integration strategies. The summary contains important observations and guidelines on the relevance of digitalization that can be used by M&A teams to increase the probability of success in future transactions.

W artykule przedstawiono perspektywę wpływu digitalizacji bankowości na transakcje fuzji i przejęć (ang. Mergers and Acuqsitions/M&A). W pierwszej kolejności opisano proces M&A, ze wskazaniem głównych etapów przeprowadzania transakcji oraz ich celów. Następnie przedstawione są uwarunkowania digitalizacyjne, wskazując na złożoność transakcji M&A w obecnym okresie dynamicznej transformacji cyfrowej. Uwarunkowania digitalizacyjne są następnie powiązane z kluczowymi komponentami architektury systemów informatycznych, wraz z ekspercką oceną ich wpływu na tą architekturę. W kolejnym rozdziale przedstawiono strategie integracji technologicznej. Podsumowanie zawiera istotne wnioski oraz wytyczne związane ze znaczeniem digitalizacji w transakcjach M&A i może zostać zastosowane przez zespoły M&A w celu zwiększenia prawdopodobieństwa sukcesu w kolejnych transakcjach.

W referacie przedstawiono ogólną charakterystykę maszyn i urządzeń technologicznych oraz ich racjonalne umiejscowienie w zakładzie produkcyjnym w ujęciu systemowym. Wyodrębniono technologie mielenia specjalnego i scalania materiałów. Zwrócono szczególną uwagę na urządzenia technologiczne stosowane w tych technologiach, a mianowicie: młyny wibracyjne i obrotowo-wibracyjne, prasy wibracyjne oraz prasy walcowe. Zamieszczono także przykłady modeli matematycznych procesów mielenia specjalnego i scalania wybranych materiałów, opracowane głównie w oparciu o badania własne i ich wykorzystanie m.in. przy konstrukcji specjalistycznych maszyn i urządzeń.

The paper introduces the general characteristics of the machines and technological devices placed in the production plant, which have been based on the system theory approach. The specially grinding and materials’ integration technologies was distinguished. The special attention has been paid to the technological devices using those technologies: vibrating mills, mills based on both rotation and vibration, as well as vibrating presses and roll presses. The examples of mathematical models for specially grinding and selected materials’ integration processes were also included. The above were based on the author’s research and their implementation, among other in specially machines’ and devices’ construction.
