Z uwagi na fakt że od jakości nie ma odwrotu to w systemie gospodarczym nie walczy się tylko o cenę wyrobu, lecz również o jakość. Z całą pewnością zwyciężają przedsiębiorstwa, które traktują poważnie jakość wyrobu. Zatem certyfikacja zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania jest nader aktualna. Jednocześnie należy zauważyć, że przy tak wzrastającej konkurencji przedsiębiorstwa które nie uwzględnią obowiązujących norm przestaną być atrakcyjne.

Because there is no turning back from quality, the economic system does not only fight for the price of the product, but also for quality. Certainly, companies that take the quality of the product seriously win. Therefore, the certification of the integrated management system is very valid. At the same time, it should be noted that with such a growing competition, enterprises that do not take into account the existing standards will cease to be attractive.

W artykule przedstawiono przegląd literatury dotyczącej integracji systemów zarządzania. W szczególności określono motywy i zalety integracji systemów, ograniczenia i trudności, poziom integracji, modele integracji, integracja auditów, zmiany w czasie oraz wyniki integracji. Opisane badania dotyczące integracji systemów zarządzania wskazują na wiele korzyści, które występują w takich obszarach, jak: dokumentacja systemów, audity, zarządzanie. Skutecznie wdrożone i zintegrowane systemy przyczyniają się również do wzrostu zadowolenia klientów oraz innowacyjności organizacji.

There has been presented a review of the literature on the integration of management systems. In particular, there were identified the motives, benefits and difficulties arising from the systems integration. The level of integration, models of integration, audits integration, changes in time and the results of integration were described. Organizations integrating their management systems, indicate many advantages on system documentation, audits and management. Efficiently implemented and integrated management systems also contribute to an increase in customer satisfaction and innovation.

W artykule przedstawiono podstawy integracji systemów zarządzania jakością i bezpieczeństwem żywności oraz systemów zarządzania w sektorze rolno-spożywczym. Wskazano główne ograniczenia oraz korzyści procesu integracji. Opisano przykładowe dane wejściowe i wyjściowe procesu integracji. W artykule scharakteryzowano szeregową oraz równoległą metodę integracji, a także zaprezentowano podstawowe moduły integracyjne systemów zarządzania jakością żywności oraz systemów zarządzania. Przedstawiono także krótką charakterystykę specyfikacji PAS 99: 2006 oraz odniesiono jej wymagania do cyklu Deminga (PDCA), a ponadto wyszczególniono obszary systemowe wspólne dla wszystkich integrowanych systemów. Zwrócono uwagę na trudności w audytowaniu systemów zintegrowanych. Dużym ułatwieniem może być podejście procesowe podczas tworzenia systemu zintegrowanego, w którym audytorzy wewnętrzni badają procesy, a nie poszczególne elementy systemów składowych.

In the article, there are presented some fundamentals of integration process of food quality and food safety management systems in agri-food sector. The main determinants and benefits of integrated systems are pointed out. The examples of inputs as well as outputs of management systems integration are described. In the paper, series and parallel methods of integration are also characterized. In addition, several basic modules of integration of food quality management systems (QMS, FSMS) and management systems (QMS, FSMS, EMS, OHSAS) are shown. The publication includes a short description of PAS99: 2006 specification and its requirements are referred to Deming cycle (PDCA). In this context, there are pointed out some system areas common for all integrated management systems. Some problems in auditing of integrated systems which are caused by a wide range of topics within integrated systems have been indicated. The process approach during creation of integrated system in which internal auditors examine processes instead of individual components of integrated system can be a significant facilitation in the discussed area.

W artykule przedstawiono przegląd literatury dotyczącej integracji znormalizowanych systemów zarządzania. W szczególności określono motywy integracji systemów oraz korzyści i trudności wynikające z przeprowadzonych działań. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań uznano, że minimalny poziom integracji znormalizowanych systemów zarządzania jest koniecznością, aby zapewnić sprawne funkcjonowanie organizacji. Do najważniejszych motywów integracji systemów zarządzania zaliczono motywy wewnętrzne, wynikające z chęci poprawy funkcjonowania zarządzania w całej organizacji. Najpopularniejszym sposobem wdrażania i integracji SZ jest wdrożenie w pierwszej kolejności systemu zarządzania jakością, a następnie systemu zarządzania środowiskowego oraz ich integracja. Organizacje integrujące swoje systemy zarządzania wskazują wiele korzyści, które występują w takich obszarach jak: dokumentacja systemów, audity, zarządzanie.

There has been presented a review of the literature on the integration of standardized management systems. In particular, there were identified the motives and the benefits and difficulties arising from the systems integration. Based on the researches, it was found that the minimum level of integration of standardized management systems is a necessity to ensure the proper functioning of the organization. The major motives of the integration of management systems include the internal motives, resulting from a desire to improve the performance management across the organization. The most common method of implementation and integration of management systems, is to implement the quality management system first, and then environmental one and in the end their integration. Organizations integrating their management systems, indicate many advantages on system documentation, audits and management.
