The article outlines the current issues of environmental security in the context of the escalation of the RussianUkrainian war. The purpose of the study is to assess the risks associated with environmental hazards in the context of the escalation of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The article provides an overview of implementations of the economic mechanism of environmental risk assessment and provides quantitative characteristics of integrated threat assessments that characterize the environmental security of the regions of Ukraine. According to the results of the assessment of the integral indicator of ecological danger, the regions of Ukraine are grouped according to the level of safety. Estimated values are identified according to the proposed numerical range of environmental risk values. The obtained results indicate that the regions of Ukraine differ in terms of the integral indicator of ecological danger. To assess the danger of anthropogenic impact on human and environmental safety, the following environmental safety risk assessments were calculated.

Method of operation quality evaluation of electric network, comprising renewable sources of energy (RSE) is considered. Integral index that enables to evaluate the impact of RSE on energy losses and its quality as well as balance reliability in electric network is suggested. Mathematical model is constructed, taking into account the assumption that electric network with RSE may be in various operation modes, characterized by different technical economic indices. To determine the integral index of operation quality of electric network with RSE in all possible states tools of Markov processes theory and criterial method are used.

The feasibility of analyzing methods evaluation usage for determining its correspondence to the management system level is justified. The criteria and evaluation indicators, formula of evaluation are developed. Unlike the already existing approaches, the proposed approach takes into account the enterprise’s industry characteristics.

W odróżnieniu od dotychczasowych rozwiązań proponowane podejście bierze pod uwagę charakterystykę branży danego przedsiębiorstwa.

Integral estimation of innovative potential of agricultural enterprises based on factor analysis is defined in the article. Determination of weights for the factor loadings is based on the use of factor analysis for constructing general indicators. The proposed system includes a balanced list of metrics that can objectively determine the components of the innovation capacity of enterprises.
