W pracy omówiono ważniejsze właściwości eksploatacyjne skraplaczy stosowanych w układzie klimatyzacji samochodowej. Porównano metody badań połączeń nierozłącznych stosowanych w przemyśle motoryzacyjnym, w tym helowy test szczelności, badanie wytrzymałości na rozrywanie, badanie mikrograficzne oraz ocena wizualna. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na nieniszczącą metodę badania trwałości połączeń nierozłącznych, polegającą na analizie sygnałów wibroakustycznych oraz zaproponowano rozwiązania poprawiające wykrywanie ewentualnych wad połączeń.

Dissertation contains the most important exploitation properties of condensers used in air conditioning system. There is presented comparison of research methods used in automotive industry to quality assessment of inseparable joints, such as helium leak test, breaking strength test, micrographic and visual assessment. Particular attention was paid to the nondestructive method for testing the durability of inseparable joints, involving the vibroacoustic signals analysis and proposed solutions to improve possible defect joints detection.

Bonding joints are a kind of inseparable joints used during the assembly of different machines parts. In many cases the necessity of joining constructional materials of different dimensions (thicknesses), as well as different physical and chemical properties appears. Thanks to the specificity and proprieties, gluing is often one of outnumbered joining methods of such materials in assembly processes. In the article the results of bonding joints strength of two kinds of aluminum sheets of different surface state were enlisted. The analysed constructional factor which influences bonding joints strength was the thickness of investigated sheets. Some results of the surface roughness of aluminum sheets were also presented.
