Present development of transport infrastructure takes environmental issues into account. In order to fulfill those, it is necessary to increase the number passages for animals. Sufficient solution can only be found with vast knowledge on animal migration habits and needs, as well as application of state-of-art construction and technological achievements. All the data gathered should be included in official regulations covering the subject. The need for such regulation is undeniable.

Przedstawiono najważniejsze problemy metrologiczne wzajemnego oddziaływania w układzie rura osłonowa - kabel optotelekomunikacyjny. Na przykładzie stanowisk pomiarowych, według różnych standardów i norm branżowych, omówiono różnice w warunkach przeprowadzania pomiarów oraz ich wpływ na otrzymywane wartości wielkości fizycznych. Przedstawiono możliwości pomiarowe stanowiska badawczego znajdującego się w Katedrze Procesów Polimerowych Politechniki Lubelskiej oraz wnioski dotyczące przeprowadzania tego typu badań w układzie ślizgowym elementów konstrukcyjnych rura-kabel.

In the article the most important metrology problems of interaction research between plastic pipe (innerduct) and optotelecommunication cable system were presented. On the example of selected test machines, which basis on different branch standards and various conditions of conducting the measurements, their influence on received value of physical quantities were discussed. Measure potential of the research test machine which is in the Department of Polymer Processing, Technical University of Lublin, and the conclusions concerning conducting the research of such a type of research in the sliding system of constructional innerduct-cable elements were presented.

In the article construction of the test machine for interaction between the plastic pipe (innerduct) and optotelecommunication cable research work has been presented. Main construction elements of the test machine have been characterised. Measurements possibilities and research results' examples have been described, as well.
