Podano podstawowe i pomocnicze technologie stosowane w procesie produkcji węgla kamiennego. Omówiono uwarunkowania ruchu zakładu górniczego pod kątem zagrożeń. Scharakteryzowano infrastrukturę systemową i jej rolę zakładach górniczych oraz jej podział na systemowe zasilanie, systemową informatykę i systemową automatykę. Określono wpływ uwarunkowań i innych czynników na poziom jakościowy elementów infrastruktury systemowej. Przedstawiono propozycję wielokryterialnej oceny poziomu innowacyjności elementów infrastruktury.

Basic and auxiliary technologies used for hard coal mining operations have been given in the paper. The conditions of a mine related to hazards have been discussed. A system infra-structure and its role in mines have been characterized; a classification of the infrastructure into system power supply, system informatics and automatics has been made as well. The impact of conditions and of other factors on the quality level of components included in the system infrastructure has been determined. A proposal of a multicriterial assessment of the level of innovativeness of the elements of infrastructure has been presented.

Omówiono zakres badań przeprowadzonych w ramach projektu "foresight węglowy". Opisano elementy infrastruktury systemowej zasilania, informatyki i automatyki, będącej integralną częścią technologii produkcji węgla kamiennego. Przedstawiono wyniki badań poziomu istotności tych elementów przeprowadzonych w trzech grupach: gronie ekspertów z zakresu infrastruktury, ekspertów branży górniczej oraz respondentów spoza branży. Podano perspektywy rozwoju infrastruktury oraz najważniejsze kierunki badań.

The scope of research made within the project "Coal Foresight" has been discussed in the paper. The elements of a supply system infrastructure, informatics and automation included integrally in the technology of hard coal production have been described. The results of the research on a level of significance of those elements have been presented in three groups: within experts of infrastructure, experts in the mining industry and respondents from outside the branch. The prospects of development of the infrastructure and the main trends of research have been given as well.

W referacie dokonano krótkiej charakterystyki najistotniejszych procesów technologicznych występujących przy produkcji węgla kamiennego. Omówiono uwarunkowania górniczo-geologiczne w kontekście stosowania rozwiązań związanych z zabezpieczaniem procesów technologicznych pod kątem systemowego zasilania oraz systemowej informatyki i systemowej, automatyzacji. Przedstawiono strukturę zasadniczej infrastruktury systemowej, uwzględniającej występujące uwarunkowania. Na koniec dokonano próby oceny stanu zasadniczej infrastruktury systemowej pod kątem poziomu powszechności jej stosowania oraz poziomu technicznego, wpływającego na perspektywę czasową jej stosowania.

In this work a short characteristic of the most important technological processes that occurs in a hard coal production has been done. The mining-geological conditions in aspect of applied solutions connected with the protection of technological processes have been discussed. Supplying, data transfer and automatic control engineering system have been taken into account. The structure of basic system infrastructure taking into consideration the occurring conditions has been shown. Finally, an effort of rating of the condition of the basic system infrastructure in aspect of the application popularity and technical level, which influences the time perspective of application, has been made.
