This paper attempts to develop and characterize instruments and approaches to the problem of identification, protection and quality of information processed in GIS class systems. One of the issues that causes most problems in the process of identifying and valuing GIS resources for measuring security, quality and risk is the proper selection of methods, techniques and tools for collecting and compiling various types of data in relation to these resources. In the process of identifying and valuing GIS resources, there is no list of test methods and techniques „reserved” for GIS only. It uses all – quantitative, qualitative and mixed – approaches and methods used in various studies. When designing an appropriate set of methods, techniques and tools in the process of identifying and valuing GIS resources, it is also important to remember to collect only those data that are really necessary. Proposed methods, techniques and tools take into account all the features, characteristics and determinants of GIS resources necessary to measure their security, quality and risk. A set of GIS resource identification instruments has been proposed, the implementation of which will significantly contribute to an increase in the level of security, reliability and quality of these resources. The proposed elements of a set, which are theoretically justified, may be improved and the set may be extended to other elements of the security policy. Far-reaching flexibility is called for in the choice of methods, techniques and tools used to identify and value GIS resources.

One of the main enterprise management problems is finding the source of timely, quality, full information for successful realization of projects. For solving this problem the multisystem information technology is offered. The technology unites existing enterprise’s organizational and technical systems which provide creation, transfer, storing, and using project-oriented enterprise information resource. In this paper the expediency of multisystem information technology use is shown and it is model as a cube which has functional, procedure, and basic levels is built. The cube sides are: information technology of user in project activities, information technology of user in operational activities, and multisystem information technology.

Jednym z głównych zagadnień związanych z zarządzaniem przedsiębiorstwem mającym na celu pomyślną realizację projektów jest pozyskanie źródeł terminowych, właściwych i kompletnych informacji. W celu rozwiązania tego problemu stosuje się wielosystemowe technologie informacyjne. Technologie te stanowią połączenie systemów organizacyjnych i technicznych przedsiębiorstwa, umożliwiając tworzenie, przesyłanie, przechowywanie i użytkowanie zasobów informacji mających na celu realizację określonego projektu, danego przedsiębiorstwa. W artykule przedstawiono praktyczne wykorzystanie wielosystemowej technologii informacyjnej, zaprezentowano jej model w formie modułu zawierającego procedury oraz jego podstawowe poziomy konstrukcji. Moduł stanowią: technologie informatyczne realizowane w ramach projektu przez użytkownika, technologie informacyjne użytkownika realizowane w działaniach operacyjnych oraz wielosystemowe technologie informacyjne.

In the given article is functional logistic model of commercial content processing as the content life cycle stage in electronic commerce systems proposed. The model of commercial content processing describes the information resources forming in electronic content commerce systems and automation technology simplifies the commercial content mana-gement. W artykule przedstawiono metodę oceny wpływu zabezpieczeń na funkcjonowanie elementów systemu teleinformatycznego. Prezentowane treści zilustrowane zostały dwoma przykładami. Na podstawie przykładów przedstawiono wymagania bezpieczeństwa oraz sposób ich oceny. Istotne jest stwierdzenie, czy wdrożone wymaganie poprawia poziom bezpieczeństwa systemu, czy jest przyczyną nieprawidłowego działania systemu. Porównano aktualny poziom zabezpieczeń obiektu ze stawianymi wymaganiami.

In the paper, a method of evaluation the safeguards influence on operate system’s elements is presented. Content on the basis of two examples of ITC systems is presented. For both of them security requirements and the methods of evaluation are presented. It is important to show if implemented requirement improves a level of object security or if it is a source of disturbance in the system operation. During a process of evaluation, the current state of object’s protection is compared to what is suggested by requirement state of protection.

This is why security of information resources is equal to security of whole organization. Participation of organization in realization of many different processes triggers many threats. Information asymmetry becomes a must, in particular for distributed organizations, cooperating with one another by using Internet platform.
