Purpose: The aim of the paper is to analyze the team innovation processes in industrial enterprise. Design/methodology/approach: Critical literature analysis. Analysis of international literature from main databases and polish literature and legal acts connecting with researched topic. Findings: The publication concentrate on problems connected with various aspects of team innovations. In the paper we presented the system of interactions which exist between negotiators in team especially from innovativeness point of view. Also we analyzed problems connected with team creativity and boasting it because team creativity is indispensable to boast innovativeness in industrial company. On the basis of the literature analysis it can be pointed out that the satisfying level of innovativeness can be achievable without appropriate level of creativity. To enhance it within company we need to give the people enough freedom and appropriate leadership adjusted to the culture of people. Also it is important to integrate creativity concepts and methods enhancing creativity into day-to-day operation of the organization. The organization should careful plan the division of the resources between innovative tasks. Originality/value: Detailed analysis of all subjects related to the problems connected with team innovation in an industrial enterprise.

Purpose: The aim of the paper is to analyze the innovations in Industry 4.0 conditions. Design/methodology/approach: Critical literature analysis. Analysis of international literature from main databases and polish literature and legal acts connecting with researched topic. Findings: The publication concentrate on problems connected with various aspects of relations between Industry 4.0 and innovativeness. In the paper we presented the main presumptions of Industry 4.0 concept and it’s nowadays usage. In the second part of the paper there is an analysis of main trends of today Industry 4.0 implementation approaches and innovativeness. Especially there is an description of main innovative trends of 2021 described from Industry 4.0 relations point of view. Also the paper deals with the social innovation aspect of Industry 4.0. There are very interesting and innovative concepts that can be used in today business environment and also governments. Some of them like universal basic income are a bit controversial but it needs to further more detailed analysis if it is possible and could benefit to the society. Other trends can be for example: new forms of employment or new types of organizational culture. Originality/value: Detailed analysis of all subjects related to the problems connected with the innovations in Industry 4.0 conditions.

By integrating human creativity and intuition with advanced machinery and technology, Industry 5.0 promises to create a more sustainable, flexible, and socially responsible manufacturing environment that delivers higher quality products and more meaningful jobs. Because of that method can be used as a boast in innovative activities in many sectors. The publication describes main relations between design thinking and innovations and give an overview of the tools used in design thinking to boast innovativeness. The article is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological approaches to the evolution of the concept of marketing from the beginning to the emergence of the concept of relationship marketing. A scientific analysis of approaches to the interpretation of relationship marketing in the context of the modern paradigm of marketing theory. The author’s interpretation of the concept of relationship marketing is proposed and the determinants of its implementation in the activities of enterprises are determined. The principles of using the concept of relationship marketing in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic are substantiated. In order to assess the implementation of the concept of marketing relations to industrial enterprises and determine the level of satisfaction and customer loyalty in the B2B market, a study was conducted on the example of the metallurgical industry PJSC “Metinvest Holding”. The study was allowed to determine the relationship between customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty to sheet metal, which is produced by PJSC “Metinvest Holding”. According to the results of the study, the Consumer Satisfaction Index with the products of PJSC “Metinvest Holding” was calculated, which demonstrates the relationship between consumer satisfaction and their loyalty to the company. A loyalty matrix has been developed, which includes four main categories of consumer requirements: basic needs, satisfaction engines, insignificant, hidden opportunities. It was proposed to use the research methodology Customer Satisfaction Measuremen, which is one of the key elements in assessing consumer loyalty in the cycle “measurement - feedback - transformation”.

Artykuł poświęcony jest uzasadnieniu teoretycznych i metodologicznych podejść do ewolucji pojęcia marketingu, od początku do powstania pojęcia marketingu relacji. Naukowa analiza podejść do interpretacji marketingu relacji, w kontekście współczesnego paradygmatu teorii marketingu. Zaproponowano autorską interpretację pojęcia „marketingu relacji” oraz określono uwarunkowania jego realizacji w działalności przedsiębiorstw. Uzasadnione są zasady stosowania koncepcji marketingu relacji, w kontekście pandemii COVID-19. W celu oceny realizacji koncepcji relacji marketingowych do przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych oraz określenia poziomu satysfakcji i lojalności klientów, na rynku B2B przeprowadzono badanie, na przykładzie branży metalurgicznej PSA „Metinvest Holding”. Badanie pozwoliło na określenie relacji pomiędzy zadowoleniem klientów, a lojalnością konsumentów do producenta PJSC „Metinvest Holding” blachy. Zgodnie z wynikami badania obliczono Wskaźnik Satysfakcji Konsumentów z produktów PJSC „Metinvest Holding”, który pokazuje związek między satysfakcją konsumentów, a ich lojalnością wobec firmy. Opracowano macierz lojalności, która obejmuje cztery główne kategorie wymagań konsumentów: podstawowe potrzeby, silniki satysfakcji, nieistotne, ukryte możliwości. Zaproponowano zastosowanie metodologii badawczej Customer Satisfaction Measuremen, która jest jednym z kluczowych elementów w ocenie lojalności konsumentów, w cyklu „pomiar – informacja zwrotna – transformacja”.

Presented paper concentrate on problems connected with the function of operation management within the company. Operation function is responsible for producing products and delivering services. But it needs support and input from others areas of the organization. The aim of the paper it to analyze on the basis on inter-national the main functions of operation management. We can distinguish seven main functions of operation management in the industrial enterprise: planning, scheduling, purchasing, controlling, quality control and inventory control. In each of those fields operations managers should conduct many decision affecting of-organization effectiveness.

The aim of the paper is a model of managerial accounting for small industrial enterprises, which is not theoretically developed in the literature and in most small enterprises, managerial accounting is not even practically applied. The questionnaire survey found information about the tasks, tools and methods that managerial accounting performs in medium-sized companies. The analysis of the use of managerial accounting is the practice of small industrial enterprises was carried out through guided personal interviews, while the evaluation specified the most problematic areas of its application in these enterprises. Based on the findings of the analysis following the information obtained on the tasks, methods and tools of management accounting in medium-sized enterprises, a model of management accounting for small industrial enterprises was proposed. It defined the tasks that managerial accounting should perform in small industrial enterprises and, among the existing methods and procedures traditionally used in managerial accounting, those that are practically applicable in the given enterprises were proposed. The main benefit of the paper is the management accounting model for small industrial enterprises. The main emphasis is placed on the transparency of costs and the interconnection of information on individual elements of the accounting information system with minimal capital expenditures.

He should to have many skills described in this paper. We analysed responsibilities of the operation manager, his basic operational skills and also give some examples of duties and responsibilities of good operation manager on the example of food industry. This example can give some remarks about practical skills needed in operation management in particular enterprise.

The increasing pressure of globalisation on the worldwide market has forced enterprises to shift their focus from product quality to effectiveness of internal business processes. The object of interest of this paper is a modern management approach based on corporate performance evaluation by measuring the performance of internal processes. The paper aims to prove that the use of modern indicators and the measurement of internal processes belong among factors that have a direct positive impact on corporate performance. To reach the aim, empirical primary research was carried out. The paper focused on research results regarding the use of modern indicators for the measurement of business processes in Slovak industrial enterprises from selected branches. The primary quantitative research was conducted using questionnaires. The research aimed to test the hypothesis stating that enterprises using modern indicators to measure process performance have been reaching more positive ROE values, representing a basic indicator of corporate performance. Dependences among the data selected from the empirical research were analysed using statistical methods, namely, the chi-squared test, T-test and the correlation analysis. Based on the statistically processed data, the authors concluded that business processes are a basic source for the evaluation of corporate performance. Higher ROE values can be reached using modern process indicators, especially in mass production enterprises. The paper contributed to the further development of knowledge in performance management, specifically, process-oriented management.

Studying the macroeconomic management is an integral part of economic growth because it causes the increasing wealth, and analysis of the factors determining it, can explain the differences in the level and pace of development in different countries. Special research interest causes the characteristics of macroeconomic management, economic growth and its relations with current account. Despite the improvement of current account balance there is a decline in international investment position. With the immanent volatility of the world economy it is of a special interest the management of economic factors on current account in a national economic system that is functioning in the frame of common macroeconomic environment (The EU). We analyze the impact of macroeconomic factors on the current accounts in Slovakia and Poland.

Studiowanie zarządzania makroekonomicznego jest integralną częścią wzrostu gospodarczego, ponieważ powoduje wzrost zamożności i analiza czynników determinujących go, może wyjaśnić różnice w poziomie i tempie rozwoju w różnych krajach. Szczególne zainteresowanie badawcze wpływa na charakterystyki zarządzania makroekonomicznego, wzrostu gospodarczego i jego związków z rachunkiem bieżącym. Pomimo poprawy salda obrotów bieżących odnotowano spadek w międzynarodowej pozycji inwestycyjnej. Przy immanentnej niestabilności gospodarki światowej, szczególnie interesujące jest zarządzanie czynnikami ekonomicznymi na rachunku obrotów bieżących w krajowym systemie gospodarczym, który funkcjonuje w ramach wspólnego otoczenia makroekonomicznego (UE). Analizujemy wpływ czynników makroekonomicznych na rachunkach bieżących na Słowacji i w Polsce.

This paper presents the possible application of GRIP NC programming language in order to optimise a manufacturing process. The possible optimization could be provided in Siemens NX Software with use of .Net programing language, SNAP libraries or GRIP NC language supported up to current version. Simplicity of use is a main advantage especially in situation when industrial company starts applying automated optimization in a technological process preparation. Automation should be considered also in order to manage with multi machine processes. In the proposed solution there is an algorithm that executes the loop until parameters, trajectory and strategy of cutting satisfy the set ranges. The software application could be extended for other types of manufacturing. Simultaneously the result of manufacturing process is important according to quality of surface, and chip removal process.

Projektowanie przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych, w tym zakładów budowy maszyn, jest jedną z najbardziej złożonych dziedzin projektowania technicznego. Jest to proces wieloetapowy, w którym istotną pozycję zajmuje projektowanie struktury produkcyjnej. W literaturze z zakresu projektowania struktur systemów produkcyjnych można wyróżnić dwa, najczęściej występujące podejścia definiujące strukturę produkcyjną. Pierwsze można nazwać procesowym, które określa strukturę produkcyjną przedsiębiorstwa jako sposób podziału procesu produkcyjnego pomiędzy jednostki produkcyjne, razem ze związkami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi wynikającymi ze współpracy stanowisk roboczych i jednostek produkcyjnych wyższego stopnia (gniazd, linii, oddziałów) w ramach procesu produkcyjnego wydziału czy zakładu. Podejście drugie, strukturalne, definiuje strukturę produkcyjną jako zestaw (układ) komórek produkcyjnych oraz formy ich wewnętrznych powiązań kooperacyjnych (zespół związków kooperacyjnych). Z cytowanych definicji wynika, że elementami składowymi struktury produkcyjnej są jednostki (komórki) produkcyjne różnych stopni złożoności. Przyjmuje się najczęściej, że jednostką produkcyjną zerowego stopnia złożoności JP0 jest stanowisko robocze, pierwszego stopnia JPI – gniazdo, linia, brygada, drugiego JPII – oddział, a następnie wydział, zakład. Istotne jest wyraźne zdefiniowanie pojęcia kształtowania – projektowania struktur produkcyjnych zakładów budowy maszyn (zakładów przemysłowych). Proces ten można określić rozpatrując go od strony podmiotowej (jednostek produkcyjnych) lub przedmiotowej (wyrobów – detali). Można, więc przyjąć, że kształtowanie – projektowanie struktury produkcyjnej polega na łączeniu (lub celowym dzieleniu grup) stanowisk roboczych i jednostek produkcyjnych wyższych stopni, albo na łączeniu (lub celowym dzieleniu grup) detali przewidzianych do wykonania w jednej jednostce produkcyjnej JP.

In this process the optimization criterion should be the multidimensional function, so we deal with multicriteria production structure optimization. The article presents an optimization model enabling decision making concerning design in case when solution variants appear as well as optimization criterion of production systems structure formation.

W artykule przedstawiono rozważania dotyczące audytu logistycznego, który coraz częściej wykorzystywany jest jako instrument umożliwiający doskonalenie systemu logistycznego, poprzez wskazanie przyczyn powstawania zakłóceń i ustalenie kierunków usprawnień systemu. Wyniki audytu logistycznego stanowią źródło poprawy w zakresie redukcji kosztów i poprawy poziomu obsługi logistycznej. W artykule zaprezentowano pojęcie i istotę audytu logistycznego, a także wskazano na możliwe obszary jego zastosowania. Podsumowanie stanowi propozycja procedury audytu logistycznego dla przedsiębiorstwa przemysłowego.

The article discusses the issues related to the logistic audit, which is morę and morę rreąuently used as a tool which allows for development of the logistic system through understanding the causes of disruptions in the system and settling the direction of possible improvements. The score of a logistic audit becomes a source of improvement, as far as cost reduction and increased level of logistic services arę concerned. The article presents the notion and essence of the logistic audit. It also lists the potential areas of application. The summary is an example of logistic audit procedurę for an industrial enterprise.

W artykule opisano ocenę wykorzystania ośmiu zasad zarządzania jakością przez pracowników administracyjnych i produkcyjnych w firmie mającej wdrożony System Zarządzania Jakością według normy ISO 9001. Przedsiębiorstwo zajmuje się produkcją elementów elektronicznych. Oceny dokonało 20 pracowników administracyjnych i 30 pracowników produkcyjnych. Za pomocą odpowiedniej ankiety przypisywali oni każdej z ośmiu zasad wartości od 1 do 10, adekwatnie do stopnia jej wykorzystywania w swojej działalności zawodowej. Wyniki ankiet wykazały istnienie istotnych różnic w postrzeganiu przydatności zasad zarządzania jakością przez pracowników administracyjnych i produkcyjnych.

Usefulness of the eight principles of quality management were evaluated by production and administration employees of an enterprise which has implemented the Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001 standard. The enterprise produces electronic elements. Evaluation was made by randomly chosen groups of production and administration employees applying a questionnaire in which numbers from 1 to 10 could be assigned individually to each of the 8 principles according to the extent of their use in the professional activity. Results of the questionnaires demonstrated the existence of essential differences in the perception of usefulness of the quality management principles by the production and administration employees

W artykule zaprezentowano wykorzystanie arkusza kalkulacyjnego MS Excel do wspomagania procesu przeprowadzania analizy niezgodności produktów powstających na wydziale walcowni. W sposób szczegółowy omówiono dotychczasowy sposób realizacji procesu. Przedstawiono stworzone w arkuszu kalkulacyjnym narzędzie informatyczne, a także zaprezentowano sposób przeprowadzania analizy z jego wykorzystaniem. Zastosowanie narzędzia pozwoliło na uzyskanie wymiernych korzyści, takich jak skrócenie czasu realizacji procesu o ok. 80% oraz eliminację błędów, które wcześniej występowały w przygotowywanych raportach.

The article provides a discussion on the MS Excel spreadsheet application as a supporting tool for the process of nonconformity analysis of products manufactured at a rolling mill. The authors have described in detail how the process used to be handled. An IT tool created using the spreadsheet as well as the method to conduct analysis by means of the said tool have been presented. Its application brought certain tangible benefits, such as shortening of the process time by ca. 80% and elimination of the errors which could previously be found in the reports being prepared.

Skutki blackoutu mogą dotknąć zakłady energetyczne, przedsiębiorstwa przemysłowe oraz indywidualnych odbiorców. Pozbawienie przedsiębiorstwa przemysłowego dostaw energii elektrycznej i ciepła powoduje duże straty materialne. W skrajnych przypadkach prowadzić może również do uszkodzenia ciągów technologicznych oraz zagrożenia zdrowia i życia ludzkiego. Stąd też zadanie przystosowania do obrony przed blackoutem przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych wrażliwych na utratę zasilania, a zarazem ważnych dla krajowej gospodarki, powinno być jednym z priorytetowych celów polityki bezpieczeństwa zakładu. Przedstawiono podstawowe zasady obrony układu elektroenergetycznego przedsiębiorstwa przemysłowego przed blackoutem oraz związane z tym aspekty techniczne.

Effects of a blackout can affect electric distribution companies, industrial enterprises as well as individual consumers. Big material losses can be caused when industrial enterprises are deprived of electric energy and heating. In extreme cases it can lead to damaging of technological lines and to life- and health-threatening. Hence the task of preparing of industrial enterprises, sensitive to the effects of feeding failure and being at the same time important for the state economy, to the defence against blackouts should be one of the preferred aims of such an enterprise energy safety policy. Presented are basic rules concerning an industrial enterprise electric power system defence against blackouts and the corresponding technological aspects.

The industrial enterprises still stay the main source of the pollution of the envi-ronment. In eightieth years appeared the conception of complex approach to protec-tion of environment in enterprises. In theoretical aspect emaged the conception of sustainable development, and in theory of the management - the conception of envi-ronmental management. The validity of the theory of the environmental management comes from the validity of the environment for existence, and development of human being, and economic's activity. This paper shows an attempt to evaluate ef-fectiveness of an environment management in industrial enterprises both these enterprises which have implemented, and certified system ISO 14001 and those which have managed traditionally (without any certified system).
