About the necessity of coordination of the globalization process in the mega scale

This paper points at the necessity of coordination of globalization process in the mega scale and at the premises of its rationality. It argues that this process must consider both the micro and macro scale, as well as social and environmental aspects. Author tries to show different "face" of incomplete globalization and suggests that there is a need of coordination of the adjustments of this process in the aspect of global equilibrium in different models of economy.

Artykuł dotyczy potrzeby koordynacji procesów globalizacji w megaskali jako przesłanki ich racjonalności. To oznacza, że proces ten musi koordynować, łącząc zarówno mikro i makro oraz społeczne i środowiskowe aspekty procesowe globalizacji. Autor próbuje pokazać różne twarze niekompletnej globalizacji, podkreślając w ten sposób potrzebę koordynacji i wzajemnych dostosowań tych procesów w różnych modelach gospodarki.

Gödel's incompleteness theorem states that every finitely-presented, consistent, sound theory which is strong enough to include arithmetic is incomplete. In this paper we present elementary proofs for three axiomatic variants of Gödel's incompleteness theorem and we use them (a) to illustrate the idea that there is more than ``complete vs. incomplete", there are degrees of incompleteness, and (b) to discuss the implications of incompleteness and computer-assisted proofs for Hilbert's Programme. We argue that the impossibility of carrying out Hilbert's Programme is a thesis and has a similar status to the Church-Turing thesis.
