W kreowaniu współczesnej rzeczywistości podmiotów logistycznych duże znaczenie ma system zarządzania. Rynek usług logistycznych jest specyficznym rynkiem, ciągle się rozwijającym, przede wszystkim dzięki warunkom zmieniającego się otoczenia oraz oczekiwaniom i wymaganiom klienta. Klient stał się coraz bardziej wymagającym uczestnikiem rynku, ukierunkowanym nie tylko na cenę ale także na inne parametry usługi takie jak m.in.: dostępność, kompleksowość, terminowość, jakość obsługi itd. Jednakże najważniejszym czynnikiem stała się szeroko rozumiana jakość, która pozwala przedsiębiorstwu na rozwój i tworzenie przewagi konkurencyjnej na rynku. W artykule dokonano ogólnej prezentacji logistyki, przedsiębiorstwa logistycznego w ujęciu procesowym oraz stosowania systemu zarządzania w przedsiębiorstwie logistycznym, w szczególności korzyści jakie przedsiębiorstwo uzyskuje po jego wdrożeniu. Należy jednak podkreślić, iż wdrożony system zarządzania (system zarządzania jakością, zintegrowany system zarządzania, i inne) powinien mieć pozytywny wpływ na pracowników oraz czynności, które wykonują, gdyż w innym przypadku nie spełni swoich podstawowych założeń, tj. m.in.: zdolności doskonalenia i rozwoju oraz poprawy bieżącego stanu jakości oferowanych usług. Analizując badane przedsiębiorstwa można stwierdzić, iż system zarządzania jakością wpłynął pozytywnie na zmiany w funkcjonowaniu podmiotów we wszystkich obszarach, dzięki czemu przedsiębiorstwo m.in.: poprawiło jakość oferowanych usług, zwiększyło konkurencyjność (pozwoliło utrzymać i zdobyć nowych klientów, rozszerzyć rynki zbytu itd.), spowodowało wprowadzenie zmian w organizacji, uwiarygodniło powtarzalność świadczenia usług itd. Celem artykułu jest wskazanie, iż wdrożenie systemu zarządzania wpływa na zmiany funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa oraz pozwala przedsiębiorstwu na osiąganie przewagi konkurencyjnej na rynku. Metodami badawczymi są: analiza literatury zagranicznej i krajowej oraz przeprowadzony sondaż opinii publicznej wśród 8 przedsiębiorstw logistycznych na terenie Koszalina i okolic na dzień na dzień 30.04.2011 r.

TPM is a very powerful tool used to improve the organization. It is also difficult to implement. To assist in the introduction of TPM method Edward de Bono Has been used. Method six ways of thinking can by use to organize any work on each issue. The method is neutral and can be used as a game or ritual that helps people to follow certain rules. Using de Bono methods in the company management helping to consistently and correctly apply the techniques of TPM and allows us to obtain: - SMED allowed the efficient carrying out refitting of individual machines, - reduction in the time machine refitting from 25 to 10 minutes, - reliability of machines up to 100%. Still current problem of Polish economy is insufficient growth and development. The main reason of this is the lack of innovative solutions in the sphere of production and service. Innovation should be present in al phases of business. Starting from design, through product, marketing, customer service, management, set a price for ending controls. Innovations emerging in the enterprise are closely linked to the emergence of new knowledge about the market, competitors, customers, the achievements of science and technology, and financial and legal arrangements. Implementation of a new product, or technical-organizational solutions, can provide tangible economic and social benefits. They can relate better use of time, manpower, means of production, saving materials and many other fields. The main factor influencing to the effectiveness of these changes is the efficient management of innovation activities that can be supported by the psychology of creativity. Creative thinking brings many benefits. It is necessary to invent more and better ways to design innovative technology, marketing or search for new ways to motivate employees. This difficult requirements can meet only organization that is so creative, that depends on continuous development and improvement. Determination of conditions for the transfer process of individual creativity on the level of teams and the organization seems to be a major problem in practical use of creativity in organization and management. Creativity and innovation are overlapping structure between the two stages of the creative process: idea generation phase and the phase of implementation. Creativity combines these two processes: the formation of ideas and giving them concrete solutions.

W artykule zaprezentowano systemowe podejście przy wdrażaniu rachunku kosztów zapewnienia jakości. W początkowej części zaproponowano metodę, która oparta jest na podejściu prognostycznym oraz przedstawiono jej zasady wykorzystania. w artykule przedstawiono zasady wykorzystania w praktyce takiego podejścia, jak również kształt systemu rachunku kosztów wybranego przedsiębiorstwa ukształtowany w wyniku wdrożenia. Zaprezentowano również praktyczne wyniki i wnioski wynikające z zastosowania tej metody w wybranej firmie.

In conditions of polish companies Implementation of Quality Management Process is the beginning of improvement process. Especially in activities connected with improvement, important role play organizational parameters achieved in a different levels of organization. Possibilities of collecting reliable numerical data gives rational implement of quality costs accounts. Being the base of system approach during implement of quality costs accounts which is the base of future processing activities of optimalization of quality costs gives better, modern solutions in real industrial. In the article author presented rules of facilitating in practice this approach, as well the shape of costs account system of chosen company which is created in the process of implementation. Specification of quality costs is a base to create the quality costs accounts. In the text above it is presented in what way this specification can be created during usage of the prognostic method. Solutions obtained in this way is good to use in industry practice and has the following advantages: - it is characterized by high level considering the registration of bigger groups of quality costs of elements - it is easier to indicate the quality costs of elements in a given company, thanks to the work based on theoretical model of the system - it indicates the direction of possible development in the future by implementation in the quality costs account system bigger number of costs elements - in causes less problems during the realization, because it doesn't criticize actual solutions, working in basis of ideal system - it takes into consideration the participation of employees during identifying the elements of quality costs as well as the limitations for a given company - it forces designers to creative thinking
