Safety as a state that gives a sense of confidence and a guarantee of its maintaining may also act as an element motivating to use a product or service, certainty of use of the product and the certainty of using the service. In the second approach, mass-specific services, including sports services related to the operation of sports clubs, are a service specific in terms of security. The entity providing them should ensure the safety of all its participants, from sportsmen to sports spectators. The aim of the article is to present partial results of research results on the relationship between the sense of safety of sports club fans and active participation in a sports event. The research covered a group of 1127 people surveyed in the first half of 2018 using a direct questionnaire on fans of sports teams and research on secondary sources. The main hypothesis is that a sporting event allows to extend a marketing offer to new segments, enrich the expanded sports product, set new pricing strategies and use promotion only when a viewer has a high sense of security. In this approach, it is security from the point of view of the customer that determines the use of a sports service, but also satisfaction, and, in the future, also loyalty.

W pracy przedstawiono wymagania stawiane siedziskom stadionowym z punktu widzenia stwarzanego przez nie zagrożenia pożarowego. Opisano podstawowe dodatki powodujące zmniejszenie palności termoplastów. Scharakteryzowano metody stosowane do oceny zagrożenia pożarowego siedzisk stadionowych. W części doświadczalnej przedstawiono wyniki badań wybranych siedzisk stadionowych wg PN-EN 1021-1:2014, PN-EN 1021-2:2014, PN-88/B-02855, PN-EN ISO 11925-2:2010 oraz BS 5852:2006. Na podstawie otrzymanych wyników dokonano oceny zagrożenia pożarowego powodowanego przez siedziska stadionowe.

The paper presents the requirements for stadium seats from the point of view of hazards posed by fire. Basic additives which reduce the flammability of thermoplastics were described. Moreover, methods used to evaluate the hazard of fire of stadium seats were characterized. In the experimental part the results of selected stadium seats according to PN-EN 1021-1:2014, PN-EN 1021-2:2014, PN-88/B-02855, PN-EN ISO 11925-2:2010 and BS 5852:2006 were presented. On the basis of the results the hazard evaluation of the fire posed by stadium seats was made.

W artykule opisano niektóre funkcje peł-nione przez wolontariuszy podczas turnieju UEFA EURO 2012™ w Poznaniu, które były związane z transportem towarów i osób oraz organizacją meczy piłkarskich. Porównano cechy społeczno-demograficzne uczestników dwóch Oficjalnych Pro-gramów Wolontariatu UEFA EURO 2012™ pracujących w Poznaniu. Artykuł w szerszym świetle przedstawia możliwości wykorzystania wolontariuszy podczas masowych imprez sportowych oraz jaką grupę społeczną tworzyły osoby nieodpłatnie pracujące w Poznaniu.

Nowadays volunteers are a permanent element of sport competitions around the world. In the article authors described functions performed by the volunteers working during UEFA EURO 2012™ in Poznan which were associated with the transport of merchendises, people and organizing matches. The socio-demographic status of volunteers working in the two Official UEFA EURO 2012™ Programs of Voluntary Work were described. In a broad sense, article shows numerous possi-bilities of employing volunteers for sport competitions.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie problemów związanych z organizacją zawodów sportowych o randze międzynarodowej. Problem jest aktualny i istotny, ponieważ na świecie organizuje się coraz więcej imprez sportowych. Sport stał się widowiskiem przyciągającym także przed telewizory wielu kibiców, więc ważna jest profesjonalna organizacja zawodów. Wiele artykułów podejmuje problem logistyki imprez sportowych z punktu widzenia operatora logistycznego, lecz brakuje wiedzy na temat praktycznych problemów samego organizatora imprezy. W artykule posłużono się metodą wywiadów z członkami Polskiego Związku Pływackiego, zaangażowanymi w organizację Mistrzostw Europy Juniorów 2013 w Poznaniu. Autorka postawiła takie oto hipotezy: logistyka imprez sportowych pozwala skoordynować wszystkie zadania organizatora imprezy sportowej w całość; bez rozwiązań logistycznych nie jest możliwe zorganizowanie i przeprowadzenie imprezy sportowej.

The aim of the article is to present the problems associated with the organization of sports competitions of international importance. The problem is current and important because in the world are organized more and more sporting events. Sport has become a spectacle attracted millions of fans, so important is the professional organization of the event. Many articles raises the issue of logistics sporting events from the point of view of logistics operator, lacks a knowledge of the practical problems of the organizer of the event. The article is a presentation of the results of the European Swimming Federation (LEN) document analysis for the organization of international competitions. The piece of writing, in addition, contains interviews with members of the Polish Swimming Association, who participated in preparing one of the biggest sporting events in Poland – The European Junior Championships in Poznań. The author has set such a hypothesis here: logistics sporting events can coordinate all tasks organizer of a sporting event together; without logistics solutions isn’t possible organizing and conducting sports event.

Artykuł przedstawia zagadnienia organizacji i oznakowania parkingów dla dużych imprez masowych w mieście na przykładzie Mistrzostw Europy w piłce nożnej UEFA EURO 2012™ w Warszawie. Parkingi są jednym z istotnych elementów organizacji transportu podczas dużych imprez. Dobrze zlokalizowane i zorganizowane oraz właściwie zarządzane muszą zapewnić płynny ruch dojazdowy i odjazdowy z miejsca imprezy, a także pozwolą na uniknięcie chaosu i niepotrzebnych zatorów w mieście. Opisano uwarunkowania, które wpływają na sposób organizacji parkingów, analizę potrzeb parkingowych podczas imprez masowych, warunki wyboru lokalizacji a także zastosowany system oznakowania. Przedstawiono obiektywną ocenę organizacji parkingów przygotowanych dla kibiców w trakcie UEFA EURO 2012™ w Warszawie.

The article presents the problems of organisation and labelling car parks during large mass events as an example the European Football Championship UEFA EURO 2012 in Warszawa. The car parks are one of the essential elements of the transport arrangements during major events. Not only well located and arranged but also properly managed parking lots have to provide access and departure from the place of the event, and to allow avoiding chaos and unnecessary congestion in the city. There is in the article the description of conditions that affect the way of parking lots organization, analysis of parking needs during mass events, terms of location selection as well as the labelling system used. The article presents an objective assessment of the car parks organization that were prepared for the fans during the UEFA EURO 2012 in Warszawa.
