The article presents issues related to innovation, its meaning and objectives. The development of the concept of innovation over the years is presented. The division of innovation by the area of activity to which it refers was made. The essence of innovation is briefly discussed. On the example of a vehicle, the strategy of innovation implementation was also characterized. The methods and tools used during the implementation of innovations are presented. Computer modelling and simulations as well as other tools for implementation of innovations are characterized.

W niniejszym opracowaniu autorzy podejmują próbę rozwiązania pewnego paradoksu dotyczącego zarządzania rozwojem organizacji, mając na myśli rozwój organizacji oparty na permanentnym wdrażaniu produktów, które w istocie, zamiast spodziewanego zysku przynoszą stopniowe ograniczanie płynności finansowej firmy i w efekcie spadek jej wartości. Rozwiązanie tego paradoksu wymaga nowego sposobu myślenia o strategii implementacji, stąd w zamierzeniu autorów pozostaje opracowanie algorytmów służących do oceny opłacalności realizowanych przedsięwzięć implementacyjnych i zastosowanie ich na konkretnym przykładzie.

In this paper, the authors attempt to resolve a paradox regarding the management with the development of an organization, bearing in mind the development of an organization based on the continuous implementation of the products, which, in fact, instead of the expected profit, bring a gradual reduction of financial liquidity of the company, and, as a result, the decrease of its value. The solution to this paradox requires a new way of thinking about the implementation strategy, hence the authors intend to develop algorithms for assessing the profitability of the ongoing implementation enterprises and applying them to a concrete example.
