W pracy przedstawiono metodę pomiaru wilgotności ziarna zbóż z zastosowaniem spektrometrii impedancyjnej. Dzięki swoim właściwością układ pomiarowy bazujący na tej metodzie pomiarowej może zastać zastosowany do pomiaru on-line wymaganego przez systemy automatycznego sterowania urządzeń suszarniczych. Opracowano funkcję opisującą zależność pomiędzy wilgotnością ziarna a modułem impedancji i temperaturą ziarna. Układ pomiarowy umożliwia oszacowanie wilgotności z dokładnością do 1,6% wilgotności ziarna zboża.

The paper presents a method applied to measure corn grain moisture content using impedance spectrometry. Owing to its properties, the measuring system based on this measurement method may be used for the on-line measurement required by automatic control systems for dehydration/ drying equipment. The researchers developed a function describing the relation between grain moisture content and impedance modulus and grain temperature. Measuring system allows to estimate moisture content value with accuracy up to 1.6% of corn grain moisture content.

The spectral characteristics of electroimpedance of chosen tissues were studied. The results of the experimental and medical study show that the complex impedance as a function of frequency differs for normal and abnormal tissue with chronic circulation disturbances (ischemia). The presented methods are useful and easy for experimental and medical application.
