W artykule przedstawiono budowę systemu pneumatycznego wykorzystanego w procesie wytwarzania dokumentów wielowarstwowych w ramach opracowanej linii technologicznej. Elementy wykonawcze sytemu realizują wszystkie funkcje obejmujące właściwe podawanie i montaż półwyrobów związane z opracowaną technologią. System sterowania linii, wykorzystujący nadrzędny sterownik PLC, umożliwia bezpośrednią komunikację z poszczególnymi elementami wykonawczymi lub całymi modułami sterowanymi z poziomu sterowników lokalnych wysp zaworowych. Zastosowane rozwiązania sprzętowe i programowe pozwalają na realizację prac badawczo–rozwojowych zmierzających do poprawy poziomu zabezpieczeń dokumentów zawierających identyfikatory RFID. Struktura systemu pozwala na wytwarzanie niskonakładowych partii wyrobów z wykorzystaniem opracowanych innowacyjnych technologii łączenia poszczególnych warstw z użyciem różnych materiałów.

The article presents the structure of a pneumatic system used in the process line for the manufacture of multilayer documents. The system actuators execute all functions concerning the proper feeding and assembly of semi-finished products. The line control system, in which the main PLC controller is used, enables direct communication with the individual actuators or the entire modules controlled with controllers from local valve terminals. The software and hardware solutions applied enable the execution of R&D tasks aimed at the improvement of the level of protection in RFID secured documents. The structure of the system facilitates the manufacture of low-cost batches of goods with the use of original joining technologies enabling individual layers of cards to be joined with different bonding elements.

W artykule przedstawiono problemy związane z doskonaleniem technik zabezpieczeń stosowanych w obszarze dokumentów i identyfikatorów wykorzystywanych w administracji publicznej, systemach bezpieczeństwa technicznego oraz systemach wytwarzania i dystrybucji produktów. Zidentyfikowano potrzeby związane z prowadzeniem prac badawczo-rozwojowych dotyczących nowych generacji identyfikatorów z zabezpieczeniem elektronicznym. Zaprezentowano model systemu do prototypowego wytwarzania nowych generacji identyfikatorów zawierających elektroniczne chipy RFID (radio frequency identification). Struktura systemu umożliwia doświadczalne wytwarzanie prototypowych identyfikatorów RFID w warunkach zbliżonych do produkcji wielkoseryjnej. Opracowany model uwzględnia potrzeby elastycznego systemu wytwarzania dopasowanego do różnorodnych technologii produkcji i różnych materiałów konstrukcyjnych stosowanych w celu zwiększania trwałości i wytrzymałości identyfikatorów. Omówiono strukturę procesów wytwarzania oraz zidentyfikowano odpowiednie moduły funkcjonalne.

The article presents the issues related to the improvement of the protection techniques used in the area of documents and identifiers used by public authorities, technical safety systems and the systems for production and distribution of the products. The needs related to the research and development were identified for new generation of the identifiers with electronic protection. The model of the system for prototype production of new generation of identifiers with the RFID (radio frequency identification) elements is presented. The structure of the system allows experimental production of the prototype RFID identifiers in the conditions close to the large scale series production. The developed model includes the need for the flexible system of production fit for different technologies of production and different construction materials used for improvement of durability and strength of the identifiers. The structure of the production processes was presented and the relevant functional modules were identified.
