Przedstawiono analizę prac nad Rozporządzeniem UE eIDAS, regulującym świadczenie usług zaufania i identyfikacji elektronicznej na rynku cyfrowym. Podjęto próbę oszacowania wpływu modeli identyfikacji, na rynek oraz usługi administracji publicznej.

This paper presents an analysis of work on eIDAS Regulation, which regulates aspects related to trust services and e-identification on digital market. It tries to estimate an influence of e-identification model to the Polish market, and public administration’s services.

The article presents modular mechatronic technological line structure for short-serial prototypes production of a new generation of electronic identificators containing RFID chips. A line is intended for an assembly of a multilayer document in a cold gluing, hot-melt methods, or a glue transfer film method. The glue transfer film method consists of a base layer, an RFID inlet, and a cover layer. The developed system leads to flexible production automation, which is applied in a form of effectors controlled numerically by a wide range of operation parameters and an easiness of re-calibration. This article presents a variable structure of the production system, which depends on the applied gluing montage technology. Such developed solution allows for the RFID prototype production with variable gluing method, with applied materials, and with geometry of the final product.

Paper presents new method how to share and process the sensitive data distributed in different databases. It is typical for ITS area that data elements are stored and managed by different public/private organizations located on different places. On the other hand a lot of telematics applications are based on the connections and further processing of shared data elements. This fact yields into requirements for new dynamical electronic identifiers that protect communication channel against sensitive information connection. We present the basic concept of application of dynamical identifiers together with illustrative example applicable for e-Government part of ITS.
