W pracy został przedstawiony probabilistyczny model identyfikacji stanu niezawodności obiektu oparty na bayesowskiej metodzie identyfikacji wchodzącej w zakres analizy dyskryminacyjnej. Cechy i własności obiektu opisane są za pomocą wektorowego procesu stochastycznego. Zakładamy, że znane są warunkowe rozkłady sygnałów diagnostycznych przy danym stanie obiektu. Przyjmujemy ponadto, że pomiar sygnałów diagnostycznych obarczony jest losowym błędem. Model ten może być wykorzystany w diagnostyce technicznej.

A probabilistic model of identification of an object reliability states is presented in this paper. The random vector process describing some features of an object, the random vector process represented the diagnostic symptoms of the object states and the random vector process describing the measurement error of the diagnostic signals are the components of the reliability states identification model. We assume that the probability conditional distributions of the diagnostic symptoms process, given reliability states are known. The model is based on the Bayesian classification theory. That model leads to an algorithm of recognizing the reliability states. The errors of diagnosis depend on values of the diagnostic signals, the measurement errors and the prior distributions of the reliability states. That model gives possibility to analyse an influence of these quantities on the diagnosis errors. An example of the identification is discussed to clarify of that problem.
