The aim of the work was preparation and investigation of new multiblock terpoly(cster-cthcr cster)s (TEEE) containing phthalic acid units as in poly(butylenc tercphthalate) (PBT) (hard segments) and hydrogenated dimer fatty acid, namely dilinoleic acid sequences (DLA) as hydrophobic ester soft segments, and poly(cthylenc glycol) (PEG) as hydrophilic ether soft segments. PEG of different molar mass (1000 and 4600 g/mol) was used. Synthesis was performed in a presence of a-tocopherol as non-toxic thermal stabilizer since these materials are targeted for biomedical applications. In this work, the hydrolytic degradation process of TEEE and its influence on mechanical properties is discussed.
