The method of oil and gas reservoir engineering by hydraulic fracturing (HF) is used worldwide. The practice shows а continuous decrease of production rates after fracturing and а water cut increase. The analysis of published data and HF field experience showed that design of the method for preventive or HF combined waterproof is urgent.

The report is notificated important question about planning active influence process on the methane-giving back from a coal seam through a borehole to the surface.
