The modelling of hydraulic distributor slide–sleeve interaction

The paper focuses on the vibrations description of the slide–sleeve pair of hydraulic distributor. Mathematical models of vibrations which take into account mixed friction are proposed. The models were parameterized using the results of measurements and experiments carried out by the author, literature sources and the Parameter Estimation tool in Matlab's Simulink Design Optimization package. The proposed models were mutually compared, applying the objective function value as the principal criterion.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań statycznych charakterystyk regulacyjnych i przepływowych dla lotniczego rozdzielacza hydraulicznego z suwakami cylindrycznymi. Przedstawiono także próbę wyznaczenia współczynnika oporu przepływu dla pzrypadku stopniowego odsłaniania kanałów przepływowych rozdzielacza.

The results of the study of regulating and flow static characteristics for hydraulic distributor with cylindrical sliders are presented. It is also presented the attempt of determination of flow resistance coefficient for the case of gradually uncovering the flow canals of the distributor.
