2030 lat minęło od udokumentowania traktatem [1] fenomenu i kunsztu budowy miast. W zasadzie nic istotnego od tej pory się nie zmieniło. Architekt nadal jest wysoce specjalizowanym rzemieślnikiem, twórcą, artystą, wizjonerem. Nadal, jak w starożytności, buduje wirtualne struktury, wymyśla nowy świat, a właściwie wykorzystuje do swoich obrazoburczych nierzadko pomysłów wnikliwą obserwację przyrody i znajomość zdobyczy współczesności. Przede wszystkim jednak śledzi rozwój sztuki i wszelkich dokonań artystycznych, będących działaniami najbardziej awangardowymi, bo na końcu zawsze intuicyjnymi i w efekcie ukierunkowującymi w ogóle odkrywczość myśli.

2030 years have passed since documenting with a treatise the phenomenon and art of constructing cities. In principle, nothing important has changed since that time. An architect continues to be a highly skilled craftsman, creator, artist and visionary. Just as in the ancient times, he builds virtual structures, he invents anew world and in reality he makes use of the art of careful observation of nature and of his knowledge of contemporary scientific achievements for his not infrequently iconoclastic ideas. Yet above all, he keeps track of the development of art and of all artistic achievements which are the most avant-garde type of activities, as ultimately they are always intuitive and consequently giving direction to the innovativeness of thought.

Sociotechnict - it is the compend of the science from the point art and learning social interaction of the people and occurrence. This science tend to build the best model of the social transformation, that is caused by independences different agents. One of essential groups of the agents - by social aspect - it is compact - interaction of architecture and environment, which situates a man or social group - it is the part and subject. The Man is a subtle tenant of the habitat, and that Man is a creator of his own cultural environment. There fore, the Man creates the social-technic architecture of his own cultural environment. The contemporary achievements in the modern technic and technologies introduced to the differend domains of life, particularly in the human housing environment, smuts have the character ananimous with the principle of the humanism in the social aspect.
