Wybór dostawcy dla przedsiębiorstwa z branży AGD

W artykule opisano proces wyboru dostawcy dla przedsiębiorstwa z branży AGD. Na wstępie zdefiniowano pojęcie ,,zaopatrzenie” oraz omówiono rolę, jaką odgrywa ta faza łańcucha logistycznego w organizacji. Następnie wskazano różne modele (zawierające odmienne kryteria oceny i ich liczbę), w oparciu o które można przeprowadzić proces selekcji dostawców. Bazując na rozważaniach teoretycznych, w dalszej części artykułu, przedstawiono praktyczny przykład wyboru dostawcy komponentu pralki – kuwety – która jest wytwarzana w technologii spieniania fizycznego. Podkreślono, że sposób realizacji procesu odbiega od modeli klasycznych, które są szeroko opisywane w literaturze naukowej. Zaznaczono jednak, że badane przedsiębiorstwo kierowało się przyjętą strategią, nakierowaną na redukcję kosztów. W pokazanym przykładzie aspekt ten udało się osiągnąć, zatem wybór nowego dostawcy można uznać za właściwy.

The article describes the process of selecting a supplier in the company from the household appliances. At the beginning defined the concept of ,,supply” and discussed the role of this phase the logistics chain in the organization. Then identified various models (including the different evaluation criteria and their number) on which can perform the supplier’s evaluation process. Based on theoretical considerations, later in the article, shown a practical example of vendor selection of component the washing machine, which is produced in the physical foaming technology. It was emphasized that the details of the process differs from classical models, which are widely described in the scientific literature. It noted, however, that the company guided by the adopted strategy, aimed at reducing costs. The example shows that this aspect has been achieved, so the choice of a new supplier can be considered as appropriate.

W artykule podjęto problematykę integracji łańcucha dostaw. Przedstawiono charakterystyczne modele integracji i dojrzałości łańcucha, które stanowiły podstawę analiz stopnia zintegrowania ogniw łańcucha dostaw w branży AGD w Polsce. Badaniu metodą case study poddano dwa przedsiębiorstwa o ugruntowanej pozycji rynkowej. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, że analizowane łańcuchy dostaw, w których badane przedsiębiorstwa widzą się w roli integratorów, osiągnęły średni stopień zaawansowania. Mają jednak świadomość roli i znaczenia integracji dla korzyści konkurencyjnych. Stwierdzono również deficyty, szczególnie w obszarze planowania działań operacyjnych.

This paper deals with the issue of supply chain integration. It presents characteristic models of integration and maturity of the chain, the models constituted the basis of analysis of integration degree of the supply chain links as far as household goods industry in Poland is concerned. Two companies having strong market position were analyzed by the case study method. It has been found that the analyzed supply chains, in which the companies act as integrators, achieved a medium degree of advancement. However, they are aware of the role and meaning of integration for competitive benefits. Deficiencies especially in the area of operational activities planning have also been found.

W pracy omówiono metodykę preselekcji zgłoszeń serwisowych sprzętu mechatronicznego na przykładzie AGD z wykorzystaniem ankiet klasyfikacyjnych. Przedstawiono aplikacje i algorytmy diagnostyczne wspomagające pracę serwisu podczas napraw gwarancyjnych i pogwarancyjnych u klienta.

In the paper we present a preselection methodology of end users note of mechatronic devices as an example of household goods damages. In this procedure have been used classification formular sheet. It have been shown application and diagnose algorithm, both supporting servicing operation during warranty and after warranty repairs at customer addresse.

The implementation process of new products from AGD (household goods) branch in factories of ZELMER S.A. includes complicated structural - technological - logistical operations in which forces and resources of many services/departments are involved in it. The course of that process can be divided into following fundamental phases: planning the new product; preparing the design (exemplary/graphic model) and the Technical-Economical Assumptions of the Project; preparing the structural documentation of the product; building and tests/examinations of a prototype; preparing the technological and technical - business documentation; making tools and a implementation of them; making a preproduction lot together with checking logistical processes; product implementation into the mass production; strengthening/establishing of the new product on all planed markets (outlets) is an indication that the process of designing and implementation of the product is finished.
