The aspects of forming of priority directions of development of enterprises of hotel business with the purpose of providing of adaptation and development of enterprises adequate to the terms of market transformations are considered in the article. Procedure of realization restructuring actions is offered on the basis of use of functional verticals of management of organizational - economic activities of the enterprises of a hotel business.

W artykule zaprezentowano podstawy metodologiczne restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstw branży hotelowej w Europie Środkowej i Wschodniej. Proponowana metodyka uwzględnia nową specyfikę otoczenia tych przedsiębiorstw. Procedura restrukturyzacji wykorzystuje wertykalne funkcje zarządzania, działania ekonomiczne sektora hotelowego.
