W pracy przedstawiono zagadnienia związane z obróbką materiałów trudnoskrawalnych. Obróbka materiałów stosowanych w przemyśle lotniczym, motoryzacyjnym, chemicznym i w medycynie, takich jak: Inconel, Incoloy, stopy magnezu i tytanu nastręcza dużo trudności wynikających głównie z własności tych materiałów. Dlatego zaproponowano w artykule różne konstrukcje głowic obróbkowych umożliwiających obróbkę różnych typów powierzchni.

This paper presents questions connected with processing of hard machining materials. Processing of materials applied in air, motor, chemical industry, and in medicine, such how: the Inconel, Incoloy, alloys of magnesium and titanium cause a lot of difficulties with reason of properties these materials. It therefore the different constructions of processing knuckles were proposed was in article enabling the processing of different types of surface.

This work is focused on main issues which occur during precise machining of assembling holes in large objects. This paper also describes main assembling and machining difficulties which appear in clutch of gas and steam turbines and indicates possibilities of the configuration of modular portable machine tools.

Because of the mistakes tit the technological system, in the hole cutting by the mobile two-skiving block is given a fluctuation in the depth of cutting, respectively in the action forces. In the present work are established the dependence between forcese, operating over the mobile block through cutting and mutually disposition of the block and cutting hole in the plane of the measure's formation YOZ.
