The research described in this article was conducted in the Tatra National Park in Poland, which is considered as one of the most-visited national parks in Europe. The exceptional popularity of this place is responsible for intensification of morphogenetic processes, resulting in the development of numerous forms of erosion. This article presents the outcomes of the research whose purpose was to verify the usability of unmanned aerial vehicles to check the condition of hiking trails and forests in alpine areas. An octocopter equipped with a non-metric camera was used for measurements. The paper sketches the methodology of data acquisition in harsh conditions and demanding locations of hiking trails on steep Tatra slopes. The paper also describes stages that lead to elaboration of basic photogrammetric products relying on SfM (Structure from Motion) technique. Finally, it shows the applicability of the prepared products to the evaluation of erosion along hiking trails, and to the study of plant succession or tree stand condition in the area located next to hiking trails.

In the article, propose to use modified mating operators and initialization genetic and ant algorithms to solve transport problems in tourism. The article analyzes modern methods of optimization of routes used to transport tourists between the settlements of view of efficient use of resources. By analyzing the behavior of ant colonies, such as finding the shortest route by providing mating pheromones and features two solutions genetic algorithm developed algorithms for finding the optimal route, costing resources search distance, time, route, storing executed routes. The paper present description created system for mobile phones operating system IOS, which performs all operations listed above.

Wszechobecność technologii mobilnych wpływa na wiele dziedzin życia zmieniając sposób w jaki poszukujemy informacji, komunikujemy się a także spędzamy wolny czas. W pracy przedstawiono koncepcję pozyskania danych na potrzeby multimedialnego przewodnika mobilnego po szlakach turystycznych. W ramach opracowania przeanalizowano dostępną dokumentację szlaków turystycznych oraz przeprowadzono badanie przydatności różnych technologii GNSS do bezpośredniej inwentaryzacji szlaków. Opracowano także przykładowe założenia dotyczące zakresu i sposobu prezentacji danych nawigacyjnych oraz krajoznawczych. Zaprezentowano przykładową wersję testową mobilnej aplikacji zasiloną przykładowymi danymi dotyczącymi trzech szlaków turystycznych okolic jeziora Omulew.

The ubiquity of mobile technologies affects many areas of life by changing the way we look for information, communicate and spend our free time. The paper presents the idea of data acquisition for a mobile multimedia hiking trails guide dedicated for devices running under Android. In this paper, documentation of hiking trails was analyzed and suitability of various GNSS technologies for field mapping of trails was investigated. Also, assumptions regarding the scope and the way of presentation of navigational and sightseeing data were developed. Eventually, the test version of mobile applications was prepared and fed by sample data on three hiking trails surrounding the Omulew Lake.

Zakres tematyczny artykułu obejmuje problematykę zintegrowanego zarządzania rozwojem turystyki ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zasad tworzenia oferty turystycznej obszaru. Oferta turystyczna, opracowywana w ramach działalności o charakterze promocyjnym zapewniającym efektywność zintegrowanego zarządzania gospodarką turystyczną i rozwojem produktów turystycznych została przedstawiona w dwóch aspektach. W pierwszej części rozważań przedstawiono ofertę turystyczną w ujęciu teoretycznym. Omówiono zagadnienia dotyczące istoty i znaczenia oferty turystycznej jako istotnego elementu zintegrowanego zarządzania rozwojem turystyki. W drugiej części zaprezentowano trzy rodzaje ofert turystycznych Radomia jako stolicy subregionu radomskiego, które umożliwiają spędzenie wolnego czasu. Przykłady ofert opisanych w artykule zostały przygotowane przez studentów kierunku Turystyka i Rekreacja i stanowiły element projektu 26-600 Strefa Kultury, w którym uczestniczył Uniwersytet Technologiczno-Humanistyczny.

Article topics include issues of integrated management of tourism development with particular emphasis on the principles of creating a tourism area. The tourist offer, developed in the framework of promotional activities in ensuring the effectiveness of integrated management and development of tourism economy of tourism products is shown in two respects. In the first part of the considerations presented the tourist offer in theory. Discussed issues related to the nature and importance of tourism as an important element of the integrated management of tourism development. The second part presents three types of tourist offers as the capital of Radom Radom subregion, which enable leisure time. Examples of offers described in the article has been prepared by the students of Tourism and Recreation, and were part of the project 26-600 Culture Zone, attended University of Technology and Humanities.

Hiking trails have been growing in popularity in the health and well-being promotion. Consequently, the foot became an object of study in order to understand the discomfort and pain in the lower limb. The aims of the work were: 1) to detect tendencies for behaviour of maximum values of plantar pressure (MaxP) during the walk on different slopes, 2) to contribute to the methodology of the difficulty level of hiking trails. Equations show strong tendencies (R2 > 0.8) of behaviour of MaxP in the lateral zones of the heel, 4th and 5th metatarsus as well as in the plantar zone of the hallux. The analysis of the difficulty level of the hiking trails branches deserves a separate presentation, including the technical difficulty analysis (with a compulsory emphasis on the biomechanics) and information on the caloric consumption and on the slopes of each branch.
