Even strong criticism concerning high-rise buildings and their impact on the city is not able to stop new European investments from coming into being. The process follows the echo of the trends, which are triggered mainly by Asian standards. The article presents current European tendencies in high-rise buildings' design. The main trend, among others, is a profound analysis of a series of factors, which can influence project and its development.
