The problem of control of rod heating process by changing the temperature along the rod whose ends are thermally insulated is considered. It is assumed that, along with the classical boundary conditions, nonseparated multipoint intermediate conditions are also given. Using the method of separation of variables and methods of the theory of control of finite-dimensional systems with multipoint intermediate conditions, a constructive approach is proposed to build the sought function of temperature control action. A necessary and sufficient condition is obtained, which the function of the distribution of the rod temperature must satisfy, so that under any feasible initial, nonseparated intermediate, and final conditions, the problem is completely controllable. As an application of the proposed approach, control action with given nonseparated conditions on the values of the rod temperature distribution function at the two intermediate moments of time is constructed.

In order to effectively solve condensation and icing problems of radiosonde in low-temperature environment at high altitude, humidity sensor heated automatic alternately to remove pollution and improve the measurement accuracy. Heat experiments obtained the curve of rising temperature and responsible time on heated twin humidity sensor in normal temperature and pressure, by expanded responsible curve to obtain heated model of twin heated humidity sensor and by the analysis of heating model, use DMC and PID control for heating respectively. Simulation results show that the DMC control meets the practical requirements of measure at high altitude.

Artykuł opisuje, czym są sieci neuronowe, w jaki sposób działają oraz analizuje koncepcję możliwego zastosowania tej metody do sterowania procesem ogrzewania w domu jednorodzinnym.

Neural networks are an interesting issue and nowadays they are more and more commonly used in various fields of science and industry. Their properties are often extraordinary - that is why while solving technical problems conventional programming techniques and numerical methods are often replaced by neural networks. The article describes what neural networks are, how they work and analyses the idea of the possibility of using this method to control the heating process in a single-family house.

The experimental set-up realized in the Electric System KNX Installation Laboratory allowing investigation and testing the economy of heat energy using controls in building installation is presented. The research made in the Laboratory indicates that heating control reduces energy by 26% in relation to heat energy with no controls. The function schemes of controls as well as the way of programming are described here.
