Accurate electricity load forecasting is essential for operating electrical systems. Most of the studies on electricity load forecasting are based on electricity load data or weather data, which is air temperature, but there are not consider the heat index. This paper proposes a short-term electricity load forecasting model using Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) based on electricity load history and heat index data. In addition, the proposed model is applied to the data of IEVN NLDC (National Load Dispatching Center) in forecasting electricity load before 48 hours. This model is used to predict the electricity load of the Vietnamese nation and the power corporations of Vietnam. For a fair comparison, the LSTM network has fixed parameters, then compared the results when using temperature and the heat index. According to experimental results based on the Mean absolute percentage errors (MAPE) assessment, the proposed model has better accuracy than the model based on electricity load history and temperature.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań oddziaływania czynników środowiskowych na osoby pracujące na rusztowaniach budowlanych. Do tego celu wykorzystano wskaźnik bioklimatyczny - Heat Index. Uwzględnia on łączny wpływ temperatury zewnętrznej i wilgotności powietrza na odczuwalność cieplną człowieka.

The article presents the results of research on the influence of environmental factors on people working on scaffoldings. For this purpose the bioclimatic index - Heat were used. Heat Index includes the combined influence of outside temperature and relative air humidity on human heat sensitivity. Evaluation of thermal conditions during work on scaffolding was presented for a 75 m wide and 20 m high scaffolding located at the north-east façade of the building in Łódź. In most cases, The Heat Index indicated that there is a risk of unfavorable physiological changes in employees. Adverse thermal conditions cause, among other things, reduced concentration and increased fatigue, and so adversely affecting health, and consequently increasing the risk of dangerous situations and accidental injuries.
