Celem pracy jest przedstawienie do dyskusji metody określania sprawności cieplnej budynków przy zastosowaniu radiometrycznej metody pomiaru temperatur na powierzchniach obudowy budynku. W pracy przedstawiono wymagania, jakie musi spełniać badanie radiometryczne nazywane termografią budynku w scenie termicznej. W termografii budynków kluczowe znaczenie ma cieplne promieniowanie otoczenia. W dalszej części pracy przedstawiono opisy wartości izolacyjności cieplnej obudowy budynku wraz z ich dyskusją. W zakończeniu przedstawiono metodę określania sprawności lub przenikalności cieplnej budynków i zastosowano to w termografii budynków wykonywanych skanerem AGEMA z serii 880 z odniesieniem do jego zakresów pomiarowych.

The aim of this work is to discuss methods of evaluation heat bui1ding perfonnance by using radiometric method of measuring of the temperatures at the building envelope. The work presents formal description of the the thermography of buildings in thermal scene taking into account radiation of the environment. In application of thermal imaging of the buildings the difference between temperatures of the building and the environment is rather low in comparison with other applications of radiometry. Therefore, amount of radiation of the environment plays crucial role in conducting building thermography. The work poses an important question, namely, whether for evaluation of building thermal performance it is needed to measure the amount of heat flux from building wall. The work presents methods of evaluation of building heat performance on the basis of their thermal images. Also a program is discussed for determination of such heat performance within the analyzed part of the building thermal image made by scanner AGEMA series 880.
