Grupy dyspozycyjne działają zespołowo, aby chronić i bronić ludzi oraz infrastrukturę przed różnymi zagrożeniami. Sprawność działania grupy jako całości wymaga odpowiedniego ukształtowania osobowości. W pracy podejmuje się identyfikację dynamizmów charakteru pożądanych u członków grupy dyspozycyjnej. Klasyfikacja dynamizmów charakterów pochodzi z cybernetycznego modelu człowieka jako układu samodzielnego. Wykazuje się zasadność badania kandydatów pod kątem wrodzonych cech osobowości charakteryzowanych odpowiednim dynamizmem.

Dispositional groups are acting collectively in order to protect people and the infrastructure before different threats. The efficiency of the group action requires the proper personality forming of group's members. In the paper there is presented the identification of dynamisms of character desired at dispositional group members. The ranking of character dynamisms comes from the cybernetic model of the man as the autonomous system. There is demonstrated the need of examining of candidates under the angle of inborn personality traits which are characteristic for a given dynamism.

Głównym celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie roli armii w kreowaniu ładu społecznego na świecie. Mając na uwadze fundamentalne zadania armii funkcjonującej w ramach struktur państwowych, autor zwrócił uwagę na jej trzy aspekty, czyli społeczny, organizacyjny i instytucjonalny. Pierwszy z nich opisuje armię, jako grupę społeczną połączoną interakcjami makrospołecznymi z innymi grupami społecznymi. Drugi dotyczy armii jako organizacji, która posiada specyficzną kulturę organizacyjną opisywaną przez system symboli, bohaterów i tradycje, specyficzny język oraz wiele innych elementów charakterystycznych dla armii. Trzeci określa armię jako instytucję wypełniającą zadania na rzecz państwa.

The article’s main aim is to present the role the army plays in creating social order in the world. Taking account of the fundamental tasks the army operating within the structure of the country is assigned, the author discusses its three aspects: social, organisational and institutional. The first one depicts the army as a social group linked to other social groups through macro social interactions. The second one refers to the army as an organisation that possesses a unique organisational culture described by a system of symbols, heroes and traditions, a unique language as well as a great deal of other elements that are typical of the army. The third one defines the army as an institution carrying out its tasks for the country.
