This work study the influence of concrete, plaster, clay and others buried structures in grounding systems. Comparison of soil characteristics between dry and rainy seasons on different grounding systems. The study includes comparison of six different grounding system on dry season and wet season. Simulations in finite element method was performed for tree layer stratified soil and the electrostatic equipotential surfaces were mapped into the region of interest.

Przedstawiono zasadnicze problemy techniczne dotyczące pomiarów rezystywności gruntu i wykorzystania wyników badań w projektowaniu i eksploatacji systemów uziemiających. Omówiono mechanizm przewodzenia prądu elektrycznego w gruncie oraz wpływ głównych czynników środowiskowych: temperatury i wilgoci, na zmiany wartości rezystywności gruntu. Wskazano stosowane w elektryce metody pomiaru rezystywności pozwalające zastosować zmierzoną wartość w obliczeniach projektowych, ważnych z punktu widzenia bezpieczeństwa użytkowania budowanych systemów uziemiających.

The main technical problems concerning the ground resistivity measurements and utilization of the test results in the design and operation of the earthing systems are presented. The paper describes the mechanism of conduction of electrical current in the ground and the impact of major environmental factors: temperature and humidity, on changes of the ground resistivity. The resistivity measurement methods used in the electrical engineering allowing to use the measured value in the design calculations, which are very important for the safety service of the built earthing systems have been indicated.

This paper proposes a methodology to audit and certify lightning protection systems in any medium or high voltage substation. The methodology deals with aspects, like data recollection, inspection, diagnosis and verification of the installed protection systems, measurements of electrical parameters, geologic analysis and some solutions are proposed.

W artykule przedstawiono metodykę prowadzenia audytu oraz certyfikacji urządzenia piorunochronnego w dowolnej stacji elektroenergetycznej średniego lub wysokiego napięcia. Zaproponowano rozwiązania uwzględniające okresy pomiędzy inspekcjami, diagnostykę oraz sprawdzanie zainstalowanych systemów ochronnych, pomiary parametrów elektrycznych oraz analizę geologiczną.
