Technology of both-side asymmetrical veneering with natural veneers of various shrinkage and porosity The goal of the study is to check warping of both-sidely asymmetrically veneered boards. The main hypothesis is that examined glue expresses the bond- line of elastic properties and therefore enables both-sidely asymmetrical veneering. Key results of studies show that asymmetrical veneering has influence on geometrical stability of wood-composites and bending of composites depends on shrinkage and porosity values of veneers that were used in process.

Influence of glue-line elastic properties on pull-off strength The goal of the studies was to verify if examined polyisocyanate glue-line has the strength that is comparative to industrial glue-lines- poly (vinyl acetate), ureal and polychloroprenic. To achieve it that was done pull-off test. Results show that all tested glues have properties that give the opportunity for using them for veneering wood-based panels, because in each case pulling-off of the stamp was in base board. It means that studied glue-line has higher strength than wood-based panel.
