The main task of every science is not only to provide pure knowledge, but first of all to define its own subject. It applies to the organizational culture too, because of its social role and growing interest from other sciences and the practice. The subject of the organizational culture constitutes groups of people because of such features as: attitudes, norms and values that allow them to identify the organizational reality, what is of fundamental importance for their environmental adaptation and internal integration. The organizational culture differs from other sciences because of its internal aims. The fundamental condition to achieve the high organizational effectiveness is the harmony between the enterprise structure and the organizational culture of its employees.
