W artykule podjęto problematykę bezpieczeństwa logistycznego na rynku usług transportowych. Opisano system bezpieczeństwa logistycznego. Zwrócono uwagę na bezpieczeństwo kierowców na trasach międzynarodowych. Dokonano analizy zamachów terrorystycznych z udziałem pojazdów ciężarowych. Wskazano na możliwości zminimalizowania zagrożeń i wzmocnienia systemu bezpieczeństwa.

This article describes the problem of empty mileages, which occurs currently in many transport companies. Each company has its large customer base and often a lot of transport orders, but it is not the only factor affecting the fluidity of the transport process. It is essential to have well organized the spedition department along with the IT systems. Many transport companies apply modern technologies and innovative solutions, but these companies do not have a solution to solve the problem of empty mileages. The aim of this article is to propose changes, which could minimise empty mileages in the researched enterprise.

Transport samochodowy, jako najczęściej wykorzystywana gałąź transportu w ramach Unii Europejskiej, podlega ciągłemu rozwojowi zarówno pod względem infrastruktury jak i środków transportu. Ważnym elementem we wspieraniu transportu samochodowego są giełdy frachtowe, wykorzystujące zasoby internetu programy giełdowe pozwalają w szybki i skuteczny sposób znaleźć przestrzeń ładunkową dla gestora ładunku lub zorganizować załadunek dla pojazdu. Pomimo mnogości funkcji, giełdy frachtowe są obsługiwane intuicyjnie, dzięki czemu liczba przedsiębiorstw korzystających z nich stale rośnie. Dla większości użytkowników giełdy frachtowe mają duże znaczenie dla funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa. Jak pokazały badania przeprowadzone na potrzeby niniejszego artykułu, zastosowane w giełdach frachtowych rozwiązania pozwalają ograniczyć czas poszukiwania nowej oferty transportowej oraz zwiększają efektywności wykorzystania taboru samochodowego. Ponadto w wypadku części przedsiębiorstw okres pracy z giełdą zbiegł się ze zwiększeniem taboru samochodowego.

Road transport, as the most used mode of transport within the European Union, subject to continuous development both in terms of infrastructure and means of transport. An important element in the develop of road transport are freight exchanges. Using the resources of the Internet freight exchange programs allow a quick and effective way to find loading space for cargo or arrange loading for the truck. Despite the multiplicity of functions, freight exchange users are operated intuitively, so that the number of companies using them continues to grow. For most users, the freight exchanges are important for the functioning of the company. As demonstrated by research carried out for the purposes of this article, used in freight exchanges solutions allow to reduce the time searching for new transport offer and increase efficiency fleet of vehicles. Moreover, in the case of some companies work with the exchange period coincided with an increase in the automotive fleet.

Natomiast większość osób związanych z transportem zna tylko dwie największe giełdy na rynku polskim, to znaczy TimoCom i Trans. Dlatego artykuł ten poświęcono przybliżeniu tematyki giełd transportowych. Wymieniono giełdy znane autorom, natomiast opisano tylko te, które są największe lub oferują ciekawe usługi.

The internet freight exchanges are a relatively new phenomenon in road transportation, shipping and logistic, which changes market. Thus, there is a need to describe the internet freight exchanges, theirs functions, and offers.

Transport, spedycja, logistyka integrują światowy handel. Odpowiadają za usprawnienie cyklu życia produktu od momentu powstania do ostatecznej utylizacji. Do sprawnego działania tego procesu służą w coraz większym stopniu giełdy transportowe. Pozwalają znaleźć najlepsze rozwiązanie służące przemieszczeniu własnego ładunku bądź zatrudnienie dla własnego taboru. Oferują też wiele innych udogodnień dla swoich kontrahentów. Określenie wpływu giełd transportowych na sektor TSL oraz na gospodarkę był tematem badania przeprowadzonego na próbie 110 przedsiębiorstw. Badanie wykazało, iż w dobie dynamicznego rozwoju sieci internetowej giełdy transportowe stanowią znakomite narzędzie do szybkiego rozwoju młodej firmy oraz ustabilizowania pozycji dłużej działających przedsiębiorstw. Blisko połowa respondentów określa bardzo duży wpływ giełd na gospodarkę. Wyniki ankiety określają też dodatkowe oczekiwania badanych podmiotów, które mogą usprawnić współpracę i przyczynić się do rozwoju tego sektora gospodarki.

The transport, the forwarding, the logistics integrate the world trade. There are accountable for the improvement of the life cycle of the product from the moment of the beginning to the final utilization. To the efficient activity of this process serve in the more and more greater degree forwarding exchanges. Permit to find the best solution servants to the dislocation of the own load am the employment for the own camp. There offer also many other facilities for their own contracting parties. The qualification of the influence of forwarding exchanges on the section transport, the logistics and on the economy was a theme of the research effected on the test of 110 enterprises. The research showed, that in the era of the dynamic development of the internet exchange forwarding determine the superb tool to the quick development of the young firm and the homoeostasis of the position longer going concerns. Near the half of respondents qualifies the very large influence of exchanges on the economy. Results of the questionnaire qualify also additional expectations of examined subjects which can improve the cooperation and contribute to the development of this section of the economy.
