Geomechanical substantiation of parameters of technology for mining salt deposits with a backfill

The analysis of the technogenic impact of mining on the environment was carried out. A transition to geotechnology with backfill is proposed in order to reduce the impact of mining operations. The paper presents the results of research aimed at finding the parameters of the technology for mining salt deposits with backfill and the determination of the backfilling influence on the dynamics of deformation of the undermined rock mass. The results of studies on the qualitative and quantitative assessment of the rock mass behavior (by the finite element method with the use of the FLAC3D software), extracted by the harvesters, are given. The research shows the influence of mining on the mass, changes in the maximum stresses during the cementing of the paste backfill in the stopes. It is recommended to use this approach in geotechnical assessment of the rock mass behavior in the conditions of using development systems of various classes.

Wskazano na znaczenie współpracy geologów inżynierskich z geotechnikami.

The paper presents and describes main engineering-geology research directions listed in the policy of the Ministry of Environment till 2010. Conditions influencing attaining the specified goals in the activities of the Commission on Engineering Geology Documentation are discussed. The importance of cooperation between engineering geologists and geotechnologists is highlited.

Artykuł stanowi pewien ogólny pogląd na obecne trendy oraz rezultaty w dziedzinie technologii mapowych wykorzystywanych na potrzeby sieci Web, które to stanowią pewien rodzaj aplikacji dla użytkowników geotechnologii i Internetu. Artykuł zawiera także informacje, co jest niezbędne do automatycznej konwersji, przetwarzania oraz prezentacji informacji przestrzennej zawartej w różnorakich źródłach internetowych, aby ta informacja była zgodna co do skali z równorzędnymi systemami geoprzestrzennymi. Znajdują się tu także informacje, w jaki sposób wyświetlić statyczną mapę, wycentrować i powiększyć ją, a także zdefiniować miejsca na mapie będące odnośnikiem do raportów bądź innych map. Artykuł opisuje sposób komunikacji pomiędzy klientem a serwerem oraz typy danych przestrzennych wykorzystywanych przez aplikacje serwera do generacji końcowego produktu.

The article is a broad look at today's Web mapping technology trends and issues that geotechnology and Internet users will face as they explore their own Web mapping application. This article also provide what is needed to automatically convert, fuse and display spatial information from multiple sources on the Internet to the same scale and the same coordinate reference system. There are some informations how to simply display a static map, how to pan and zoom it and define an area on a map to generale complex raports and new maps. This article describes complex interaction between client and server and the types of spatial data that can be used directly by the software, with no conversion, to create Web product.
