BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology is an ideal tool for implementing IoT (Internet of Things) applications, as it consumes little power and provides wireless communication. There are many applications using this technology already available on the market. These products are classified as personal applications while using the BLE-supported tablets or smartphones for transmitting data and are not institutional. There are numerous studies showing that the number of IoT sensors and devices will increase rapidly. However, personal approaches cannot manage a large number of devices. In this study, a BLE gateway device which interconnects BLE and WiFi networks was developed. This device is also capable of transmitting IoT node information to a server or cloud on the Internet. The proposed design uses only BLE and WiFi stack chips and does not require an additional microcontroller unit for running gateway applications. This makes the design cost-effective and power efficient, which are important for the IoT environment.

Automation diagnostic methods and techniques of environmental monitoring combined with higher precision, sensitivity and selectivity of the currently available detection methods evokes a growing interest of medicine and medical diagnostics to produce the miniaturized diagnostic devices and technology which enable automation of medical procedures. Application of different sensors including chemical ones for detecting substance such as: peptides, proteins, ions, heavy metals in biological systems in which is low concentration of analyte is observed, forces us to use a miniaturized chemical nanosensors with high sensitivity and selectivity. This type of sensors are FET, ISFET and MOSFET. The nano-diagnostic devices with ability of molecular recognition that’s today's world most important analytical challenge for designers and chemists in order to obtain rapid and cheap diagnostic methods. In this paper we present the principle of FET and the genesis of the measuring system.

Sygnalizacja w technice WebRTC wykorzystuje protokół SDP do opisu sesji. Typowo protokół SDP współpracuje z protokołem SIP, tworząc stos protokołowy SDP/SIP. Aby uprościć przetwarzanie protokołowe, w WebRTC zastosowano stos protokołowy SDP/JSEP. Artykuł omawia metody współpracy systemów multimedialnych, zbudowanych z zastosowaniem WebRTC, z systemami konferencyjnymi korzystającymi z protokołu SIP. Ilustruje również aspekty praktyczne współpracy WebRTC z systemami multimedialnymi implementującymi protokoły SDP/SIP.

Signaling implemented in WebRTC technology describes session parameters using SDP protocol. Typically, SDP cooperates with SIP protocols, making the SDP/SIP protocol stack. However, in order to simplify control information processing, WebRTC technology uses the SDP/JSEP protocol stack. This paper discusses methods of cooperation of WebRTC-based multimedia systems with teleconferencing systems based on SIP protocol. The paper also presents practical aspects of cooperation of the WebRTC with multimedia systems implementing SDP/SIP protocols.

Technika WebRTC pozwala na realizację mobilnych terminali (wideo)konferencyjnych i (wideo)telefonicznych, które korzystają z przeglądarki WWW jako interfejsu użytkownika. Technika ta różni się, niekiedy znacząco, od klasycznej telefonii VoIP. Artykuł przedstawia analizę współpracy terminali mobilnych wykorzystujących technikę WebRTC z terminalami telefonii VoIP, które klasycznie budowane są z zastosowaniem protokołu SIP. W artykule dokonano analizy współpracy sygnalizacji WebRTC z sygnalizacją VoIP oraz przedyskutowano zagadnienia transmisji mediów.

The WebRTC allows the developer to create mobile terminals for (video)conferencing and (video) telephony purposes. Such terminals use Web browsers as user interfaces. The WebRTC technology differs, sometimes significantly, from the classic VoIP telephony. This paper presents an analysis of cooperation of mobile terminals that use the WebRTC conferencing systems with terminals that use the SIP-based telephony. Some aspects of cooperation of WebRTC and SIP signaling, as well as media transmission are also discussed.

W artykule omówiono wybrane zagadnienia integracji urządzeń pomiarowo – sterujących przy użyciu dostępnych rozwiązań programowych typu Open - Source realizujących zadania zapewnienia interoperacyjności zgodnie ze standardem IEC 61850. Przedstawiono możliwe scenariusze rozbudowy istniejących systemów pracujących pod nadzorem systemu operacyjnego Linux. Omówiono cechy oprogramowania budowanego przy użyciu dostępnych bibliotek IEC 61850 typu Open Source.

The paper presents selected issues of integration of measuring and control systems using IEC 61850 standard. Available Open - Source software based solutions to implement tasks of ensuring interoperability are described. Process of building a software for IEC 61850 gateway for existing control measuring systems with the use of Open Source software solution is presented. Description of the software modules that must be implemented are shown.

Temat trwania architektury przywołuje skojarzenia z pojęciem czasu. W XX wieku zostały skonkretyzowane dwie odmienne postawy. Giedion wpisywał architekturę w ówcześnie panującą koncepcję czasoprzestrzeni. Norberg-Schulz wiązał architekturę z czasem ludzkiej egzystencji. Pozwala to uniknąć jednoznacznych definicji trwania architektury i akceptację różnych sytuacji. Odróżniając przestrzeń architektoniczną jako miejsce i jako drogę, ten drugi przypadek daje możliwość pokazania wielowarstwowości czasu w architekturze.

The topic of duration of the architecture evokes associations with the concept of time. In the 20th century have specified two different attitudes. Giedion understood architecture as the spacetime. Norberg-Schulz solved an architecture with a time of human existence. This avoids the explicit definition of the term architecture. Distinguishing architectural space as a place and as a road, the latter case gives the opportunity to show the multiplicity of time’s layers in architecture.

The article describes the methods of diagnosis of the integrated management systems in vehicles. BLIS safety system is presented. The methods of diagnosis which are wider than systems of control in the process of self diagnosis have been prepared and discussed as well. The authoritative method of the punctual diagnosis of the system, which puts theory into practice is discussed. It has been approved and accepted by many car services in the whole country.
