W artykule przedstawiono problem doboru wielkości dźwigarów pierścieniowych, stosowanych przy zabezpieczeniach kanału spalin kotła energetycznego przed nagłym wzrostem ciśnienia spalin. Na nowo budowanym obiekcie istnieje potrzeba zastosowania większych wysokości dźwigarów dwutlenowych niż dotychczas. To natomiast pwrowadza znaczne deformacje konstrukcji w wyniku dużych różnic temperatury podczas procesu ogrzewania i schładzania kanału spalin. W celu wyeliminowania niebezpiecznego wpływu temperatury podczas nieustalonych stanów przepływu ciepła, przeprowadzono obliczenia numeryczne dla różnych przypadków geometrycznych bandaży. Zaprezentowano kilka przykładowych wyników analiz termiczno-wytrzymałościowych.

In the recent work the general problem of the grider rings size selection was presented. The grider rings are applied to protect the power boiler's gas pass against the sudden increase of the combustion gas pressure. On the newly built facility there is a necessity of higher double-tee-bar girders usage otherwise as it was done before. This operation brings in the construction deformations, which are the result of high temperature differences during the gas passs heating and cooling process. In order to eliminate the dangerous temperature effect during the transient heat flow states the numerical calculations for different geometrical bandage cases were conducted. The several instances of the results of thermo-strength analysis were presented in the recent study.
