The temperature and concentration dependences of the structure parameters of Ga-In &Ga-Sn melts have been studied. The configurational component of the entropies of melts have been calculated using the results of x-ray research and hard sphere approach. Acoustical emission and heat effects accompanying the processes of crystallization have been explored. The presence of correlation dependence between the structural - thermodynamic condition of the melt and the freezing point is found.

Przeanalizowana zależność temperaturowa i koncentracyjna parametrów struktury stopów Ga-In oraz Ga-Sn w stanie ciekłym. Z wykorzystaniem wyników rentgenografii a także w przybliżeniu modeli twardych sfer obliczona entropia konfiguracyjna cieczy. Zbadano emisję akustyczną oraz właściwości cieplne towarzyszące procesom krystalizacji. Ustalono korelację między strukturalno-termodynamicznym stanem cieczy oraz mechanizmem krystalizacji.
