The article describes the process of training future specialists in physical culture and sports to implement health-saving technologies. The essence and content of the concepts of “health-saving technologies” and “professional training of future specialists” are revealed. It is proved that the implementation of health-saving technologies in education and physical education is a relevant problem at the current stage of development of pedagogical science. The emphasis is on health-improving, social and physical culture-improving health-saving technologies. The pedagogical conditions for forming the readiness of future specialists in physical culture and sports to apply health-saving technologies are scientifically substantiated. The process of forming the readiness of future specialists in physical culture and sports to implement health-saving technologies is described as a phased process with the characteristics of each of the stages. The criteria for assessing the results of the formation of future bachelors of the specialty “Physical Culture and Sports” readiness to apply health-saving technologies in professional activities are determined: value-motivational, personal-activity, scientific theoretical, operational-technological and generalizing. Indicators and levels are determined for each of the criteria: initial, sufficient and high. The effectiveness of the developed pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future specialists in physical culture and sports to implement health saving technologies applied in the experimental group is confirmed by the differences between the experimental and control groups.

W artykule opisano proces kształcenia przyszłych specjalistów kultury fizycznej i sportu pod kątem wdrażania technologii oszczędzających zdrowie. Ujawniono istotę i treść pojęć „technologie oszczędzające zdrowie” oraz „kształcenie zawodowe przyszłych specjalistów”. Udowodniono, że wdrażanie technologii prozdrowotnych w edukacji i wychowaniu fizycznym stanowi palący problem na obecnym etapie rozwoju nauk pedagogicznych. Nacisk kładzie się na kulturę rekreacyjną, społeczną i fizyczną oraz technologie chroniące zdrowie. Pedagogiczne uwarunkowania kształtowania gotowości przyszłych specjalistów kultury fizycznej i sportu do korzystania z technologii oszczędzających zdrowie zostały uzasadnione naukowo. Proces kształtowania gotowości przyszłych specjalistów kultury fizycznej i sportu do wdrażania technologii oszczędzających zdrowie opisano krok po kroku. Określono kryteria kształcenia przyszłych licencjatów specjalności „Kultura fizyczna i sport”, w zakresie stosowania technologii prozdrowotnych w działalności zawodowej: wartościowo - motywacyjne, osobowo - aktywnościowe, naukowo - teoretyczne, operacyjno - technologiczne i uogólniające. Dla każdego z kryteriów określone są wskaźniki i poziomy: początkowy, dostateczny i wysoki. Skuteczność opracowanych warunków pedagogicznych dla kształtowania gotowości przyszłych specjalistów kultury fizycznej i sportu do wdrażania technologii prozdrowotnych stosowanych w grupie eksperymentalnej potwierdzają różnice pomiędzy grupą eksperymentalną i kontrolną respondentów.
