Pokazano perspektywy kształcenia pracowników wiedzy dla przedsiębiorstw przyszłości, jako nowej kategorii klasyfikacyjnej pracowników. Określono zadania dla tej grupy pracowników przedsiębiorstw przyszłości, funkcjonujących w warunkach gospodarki rynkowej. W rozważaniach tych uwzględniono również rozwój edukacji ogólnej oraz specjalistycznej jako elementarne przygotowanie przyszłych pracowników wiedzy.

Future Company will be strictly connected with a more market orientation towards monitoring market phenomena and tendencies related to the company economic activity. Market orientation requires in a more extension gathering market-related date, knowledge systematizing, information processing and integration in order to use it in decision making of strategic importance for the company. In order to fulfill this task there must be developed high qualified and specialized employees stuff called the knowledge workers. There is also another task for the knowledge workers in a company. This task is to fulfill the needs, requirements of the market what is possible only in penetrating new technologies and innovations in order to apply them in a new pro-market- oriented-environment (i.e. making a product of a more qualitative value, more attractive, more safety, more environmentally friendly, and less expensive). This paper proposes a designing of the Knowledge Workers Department responsible for pro-market changes in a company. Such designing proposes high-qualified specialists in managing information processing, market analysts, and new technologies analysts, decision making analysis specialists. There are also given educational suggestions concerning knowledge workers schooling in gymnasium level, post-gymnasium level and in university education (technical university, economy, management sciences, social sciences, and psychology).

Opracowanie poświęcono przedstawieniu: relacji między praktyką i teorią zarządzania, istoty i ewolucji współczesnych koncepcji i metod zarządzania oraz relacji między koncepcjami zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Na tej podstawie sformułowano wnioski dotyczące zasad racjonalnego kształtowania systemu zarządzania w przedsiębiorstwach przyszłości.

The following description presents: relations between practice and theory of management, essence and evolution of contemporary conceptions and methods of management, and relations between company management conceptions. According to the conclusion, creating the efficient system of management in enterprises was presented.
