W pracy przedstawiono problem niejednoznaczności wyznaczania pochodnych ułamkowego rzędu wektora wirującego. Jest to związane z określeniem ułamkowej potęgi liczby zespolonej.

The paper presents problems of ambiguity of calculation of fractional derivatives for the rotating vector. This is related to the determining of fractional power of the imaginary number.

In the paper, the analytical forms of fractional order derivatives of sinusoidal function according to definitions of Riemann - Liouville and Caputo are presented. To determine the analytical form of the integrals appearing in definitions of derivatives of fractional order the Lommel functions from hypergeometrical functions family were applied. With the use of properties of the derivatives of fractional order - differential-integral there were presented the conception of generalized element of a single equation, which depending on the value of the derivative order, can be inductor, resistor, capacitor, or a hypothetical element of a fractional order differential equation.

K. I. Noor (2007 Appl. Math. Comput. 188, 814–823) has defined the classes Qk(a, b, λ, γ) and Tk(a, b, λ, γ) of analytic functions by means of linear operator connected with incomplete beta function. In this paper, we have extended some of the results and have given other properties concerning these classes.

In this paper, we find the conditions on parameters a, b, c and q such that the basic hypergeometric function zφ(a,b;c;q,z) and its q-Alexander transform are close-to-convex (and hence univalent) in the unit disc D:={z: |z|<1}.

Content available remote On a certain class of analytic functions involving hypergeometric functions

A certain class of functions analytic in the open unit disk and defined in terms of hypergeometric functions is introduced and investigated. We establish starlikeness, convexity and spirallikeness properties for this class of functions. Special cases and some useful consequences of our main results are aslo mentioned.

Using the Wright's generalized hypergeometric function, we introduce a new class Wk (p, q, s; A, B, lambda) of analytic p-valent functions with negative coefficients. In this paper we investigate coefficients estimates, distortion theorem, the radii of p-valent starlikeness and p-valent convexity and modified Hadamard products.

Content available remote Coefficient conditions for univalency and starlikeness of analytic functions

In this paper, we find conditions on the coefficients {a(k)} such that the corresponding analytic function f(z) and its partial sum fn(z) are close-to-convex with respect to some starlike function in the unit disc D. We also find conditions on these coefficients so that the analytic function is starlike univalent in D. As an application, we find conditions on the triplet (a, b, c) so that, the normalized Gaussian hypergeometric function and its particular cases, are in one of these classes.

Using the generalized hypergeornetric function, we study a class V(sup p) (sub k (q, s; A, B, λ) of analytic functions with negative coefficients. Coefficient estimates, distortion theorem, extreme points and the radii of convexity and starlikeness for this class are given. We also derive many results for the modified Hadamard products of functions belonging to the class V(sup p) (sub k (q,s; A, B, λ).
