W artykule autorzy skoncentrowali się na opisie najbardziej znanych form przestępczości na morzu jaką jest między innymi „piractwo morskie”. Autorzy opisują czynniki wpływające na ewoluowanie typowego piractwa morskiego w kierunku aktów o charakterze terroryzmu na morzu. Większość akwenów morskich nie podlega jurysdykcji określonych państw, co powoduje, że żegluga morska jest szczególnie narażana na ataki piractwa morskiego, oraz wspomniane już akty terroryzmu morskiego.

The authors focused on a description of the most well-known forms of criminality at sea which is, among other things, "piracy". The authors describe the factors influencing the evolution of a typical sea piracy in the direction of acts of terrorism at sea. Most of the maritime areas not under the jurisdiction of certain countries, which makes shipping is particularly exposed to a maritime piracy attacks, and the previously mentioned acts of terrorism at sea.

Artykuł przedstawia poszczególne aspekty dżihadu – świętej wojny. Bezsprzecznie wpływają one w wielkim stopniu na postrzeganie kulturowych i religijnych podstaw islamu. Autor prezentuje terminologię związaną z określeniem „dżihad”. Podejście badawcze autora skupione jest nie tylko na konwencji terminologicznej, opierającej się na interpretacji pojęcia „dżihad”, lecz przede wszystkim na związkach przyczynowo-skutkowych.

This article presents an analysis of the individual aspects of jihad and radical approach to its implementation, which undoubtedly influences the perception of cultural and religious foundations of Islam. The author presents a wide conventions terminology, which is based on the interpretation of "jihad", but primarily on the relationship of cause and effect. Attempt was made to interpret the relationship between suicide attacks and the dissemination of Islam and Islamic fundamentalism. Holy war, its effects and consequences determine both the political and social life, as well as international environment. In terms of thematic trends of we can distinguish positive effects of jihad like fighting against their own weaknesses, originality in the profession of religion, loyalty to the ideals, culture beauty, and the negative aspects of jihad, for example, misunderstood concept of holy war, the armed struggle as a necessary tool for the spread of Islam, radical activity that contributes to negative perception of religion. Sacralization of warfare is an action under the pretext of law proclaimed views. The historical context shows that the holy war against unbelievers is sometime streated by the fundamentalists as a mandatory sixth pillar of faith. The article explains the concept of jihad, its characteristics and genesis of the term. Discussions about the existence of a correlation between the sur quotations and historical context and incorrect interpretation of the Qur'an were explained in a comprehensible statement. The creator of the article interprets jihad and its specific variants, such as economic jihad, cyber-jihad, or bio-Jihad, how to work with jihad and its significance. Financing radical Muslims who use terrorism as a tool for achieving goals is the main aim of Shariah law-countries’ propaganda. Sources should be seen in the drug-business and oil as the main determinants driving the market activity of jihadist’s armed struggle.
