Described are the tasks to be coped with when grinding parts in hardened condition (HM). Integrating process is presented in the form of a single flow train including HM operation and finish grinding. Presented are opportunities to improve TWW properties by applying band grinding, oscillation superfinish and isotropic honing. Examples are offered of the effects obtained by the finish grinding methods in production process and in industry.

The authors presented and discussed in the paper a problem of a bay window as an architectural element of a building. The authors also analysed the influence of a bay window on functional quality and service life of the flats from the turn of XIX and XX centuries as well as from the present-day.

Przedłożono nową koncepcję wytwarzania rur obustronnie żebrowanych. Połączenie technologii wyciskania i skręcania kołowego profilu ożebrowanego wewnętrznie z nawalcowaniem radiatora zewnętrznego, z silnym dociskiem w strefie złącza bimetalowego, zapewnia uzyskanie produktu o wyjątkowych własnościach użytkowych. Własności te dokumentują porównawcze badania cieplne chłodnic wykonane z rur żebrowanych wewnętrznie gładkich i obustronnie żebrowanych z wymuszeniem wirowego przepływu medium wewnątrz rury.

We present the new concept of both side finned tubes production process. The combined use of extrusion forging and circular torsion of the tube with inside fins with the production of outside fins in cold rolling process, where strong bimetallic junction is being formed, allows obtaining the product with exceptional functional quality. These properties are illustrated by the results of comparative thermal measurements of coolers manufactured from outside finned tubes (with bare tube inside) or from both side finned tubes, where the whirl flow of fluid inside the tube is generated.

Aby w pełni docenić znaczenie jakości usług dla przyszłości banku należy mieć świadomość konsekwencji wynikających z poziomu świadczonych usług.

The significance of service quality is based on awareness about the consequences resulted from the level of services provided. The reaction of costumers for the unsatisfaction has different aspects. The quality is here a very important factor. In the pragmatic discussion are 2 grades of quality considered: 1. quality of products and partially - quality of services, 2. partially - quality of services and quality of contacts (communication). If the customer is satisfied, it leads to close liasons with customers. On this performance is build loyalty of customers to the firm. A special evaluation of this kind is demonstrated which obtains a picture of customer ladder", depending from the satisafaction level of clients. Additionally 5 steps to the better loyalty of consumers are presented. They include technical quality and functional quality. It gives possibilty to attract new customers, specially in such organizations like bank, with the services provided, determined internally as products. The wide discussion with specific conclusions are presented, because banks are organizations of practically every day contact in modern society. The publication presents these considerations in different points of view for to demonstrate the complexity of problem.
