As part of the study, world fuel and energy were analysed. A model for the development of state tax audit in the framework of innovative economic development is proposed. As a methodological base, general scientific research methods were used, first of all, systems and integrated analysis methods to substantiate the essence of the state tax audit, to develop approaches to the analysis of its results, and also to determine development trends. The importance of modernizing the system based on the identified relationship between the level of innovative development and the volume of tax revenues is substantiated. The developed model is based on the assumption that the tax gap will be minimized by encouraging taxpayers to voluntarily fulfil their tax obligations. The necessity of creating a supranational body of state audit within the framework of integration processes is substantiated. The prospects for the development of Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) in the context of globalization have been outlined, including the creation of territorial standards for a state audit of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries.

Wykorzystanie biomasy jako głównego paliwa w systemie energetycznym według ekspertów jest rozwiązaniem pozytywnie wpływającym na środowisko naturalne. Współspalanie biomasy z węglem kamiennym lub brunatnym w dużych kotłach bloków energetycznych wydaje się obecnie rozwiązaniem najbardziej racjonalnym w sytuacji, gdy zasoby biomasy znajdują się w bliskim sąsiedztwie elektrowni lub elektrociepłowni. Wstępne przygotowanie biomasy do jej współspalania z węglem jest rozwiązaniem, które likwiduje problemy towarzyszące temu procesowi u ich źródła. W artykule przedstawiono takie metody obróbki biomasy, jak: suszenie, rozdrabnianie, peletyzacja, toryfikacja, peletyzacja z toryfikacją, piroliza i hydroliza. Sformułowano wnioski dotyczące zalet i wad współspalania biomasy z węglem w kotłach energetycznych

The use of biomass as main fuel in the energy system according to experts is the solution positively influencing the the environment. Co-firing biomass with coal or lignite boilers in large power units appears to be currently the most rational solution in a situation where biomass resources are located in close proximity to power plants or power plants. Pre-treatment of biomass co-firing with coal it is a solution that eliminates the problems associated with this process at their source. The article presents a method of processing biomass such as: drying, grinding, pelletisation, toryfikacja, pelletisation of toryfikacją, pyrolysis and hydrolysis. Formulates conclusions regarding the advantages and disadvantages of co-firing biomass with coal in power boilers

W artykule przedstawiono opłacalność modernizacji źródeł ciepła. Przeanalizowano dwie przykładowe inwestycje. Pierwsza dotyczyła odłączenia budynku od miejskiej sieci ciepłowniczej i wykonania w tym budynku kotłowni dwufunkcyjnej gazowej. Druga natomiast obejmowała modernizację polegającą na wymianie starych kotłów węglowych na nowe kotły o wysokiej sprawności opalane gazem.

This paper presents an analysis of cost efficiency after change of heat supply for the purpose of central heating and central hot water. Two examples of investments were analyzed. The first one involving cutting off building from the district heating network and building a functional boiler room furnished with gas boilers. The second investment included exchanging old coal boilers for new gas boilers.
