W artykule przedstawiono układy bezpośredniego powielania częstotliwości sieciowej wykorzystywane do zasilania niskoczęstotliwościowego wzbudnika indukcyjnego. Zamieszczono wyniki badań modelu o mocy 3 kW zasilającego wzbudnik indukcyjny podgrzewarki szyn kolejowych zarówno w aspekcie sprawności nagrzewania jak i negatywnego oddziaływania powielacza na sieć zasilającą.

In the paper structure and investigated results of the thyristor frequency multiplication converter (50/150 Hz) for low frequency inductive heating are presented and discussed. On the basis of the results the conlusions about efficiency of the heating as well as negative influence for the supplying network are formulated.
