Przytłaczająca liczba elementarnych załadunkowo-rozładunkowych terminali, portów, stacji, których zadaniem jest realizacja przeładunku, odnosi się do Wezłów Transportowych bez struktury wewnętrznej. Budowane one są na bazie determinowanych potoków ładunkowych i orientowane na obróbkę tego samego typu ładunku. Dlatego dla stworzenia modeli Węzłów Transportowych tego typu jest całkowicie uzasadnione stosowanie klasycznego wariantu równań- сałkowo-różniczkowych. W opracowaniu zaproponowano wersję formalizacji oceny stanu i technologię modelowania Węzła Transportowego bez struktury wewnętrznej.

Elementary terminals, ports, hubs station has not internal structure. They are formed on the basis of deterministic flows of cargo. They are focused on one type of cargo. To create a model of this type of transport nodes, you can use the classic version of integral-differential equations. In this paper have the method of formalizing the status evaluation and have the technology transport hub simulation without internal structure.

The present report was prepared within the framework of research activities carried out in the Maritime Institute in Gdansk, when taking part in the international research project EUREKA E! 3065 INCOWATRANS, the goal of which was working out preliminary designs of new-generation ships for inland and coastal navigation, and preparing technical and economic structure for the revitalisation of inland waterways in Poland, with their further incorporation to the European transportation system. The article aims at analysing the present state and assessing the future potential of cargo routes observed in inland East-West water transport, i.e. between Poland and Western Europe countries.
